| What no talent does to a mf. I don't know what I should have expected, but nothing could prepare me for this dumpster fire. Coming from someone who gave the recent Uzumaki adaptation a 10/10, this show looks worse than your average Garry's Mod animation. It really is as bad as everyone says. But at least the story seemed intriguing, so it's better than Oshi no Ko. I think I'll probably read the manga at some point. |

Berserk 2016: Finally, a worthy opponent! Our battle will be legendary!
Honest to God, the OST is really good, but it really feels wasted on this terrible show.
"Oh my God, this is so bad, it's bad good" is NOT gonna cut it. I genuinely can't imagine to tell you that Final Fantasy cutscenes even do CG better than this. HiRock's story is there, but I'd feel to tell you better that the battle of 3DCGI has already been set in stone. Even the Matrix movies did these CG productions better back in the day.
This random ass character that got Truck-kun-ed into an Isekai and being a Ex-Arm robot, the character that is Natsume Akira, then fusing into this Alma AI character, Ex-Arm Number 00.
Reading the manga beforehand, I'd expect some heavy fanservice, but that isn't even respecting the original source material. Oh well, what we're all here for, it's obvious.
To be VERY honest, Ex-Arm vs. Gibiate vs. Berserk 2016? We know who's the victor. Just can't stop LMAOing at the magnificence that is the abhorring animation.
We're gonna have a lot of fun trashing this show!
BTW, that PV trailer that we saw? THAT was all here, right here in Episode 1.
