| I have a feeling KyoAni is trolling us... AGAIN. I mean, they delayed season 2 for the longest time, then they gave us Haruhi-chan instead of the actual season 2, and when season 2 finally started, we were fed with E8 crap. I don't understand how so many people here would actually believe that KyoAni and Kadokawa would keep their promises about the Haruhi franchise. The fact that they could get away with the E8 PROVES that they can do anything to the Haruhi franchise and still expect loads of supporters. |

By the recent season the freshness has worn off a bit, and the show wasn't as exciting. I actually kinda liked Endless Eight, or at least didn't hate it, just fyi However, Disappearance /is/ the best novel imo. It turns the plot upside down, gave it a good mixing and set it back upright again. A true turning point. Before you ask, I actually /own/ all 9 light novels. |

| I've read the novels, and I have doubts that Disappearance could provide two and a half hours of content. Since its a theatrical release, I wouldn't be surprised if they had a bit of a recap / included how Kyon got his 'John Smith' card. |
| Sweet, two and a half hours of Disappearance goodness. Perhaps that might be a little long (2 hours and 10 minutes or something like that would be better), but too long is better than too short. Plus, Disappearance has quite a bit of plot. |

I'm almost finished with the Boredom of Haruhi Suzumiya, and I'm really looking forward to Disappearance, after all the good people said about it, and its awesome plot :D Either way, as long as this movie is 2.5 hours long with Disappearance, and as long as it won't be delayed to after I die, or if it's not Kyoani trolling again, then this will be a definite must. Also, I have to say that I enjoyed getting trolled, E8 was great IMO. Unbelieveable? > |
