There are birthday editions for fellow staff members coming up, please help to celebrate their birthdays. linette Feb 8th _Nagisa Feb 14th RachelPanda Mar 24th Also, I am thinking about implementing the concept used in another club I am a card maker in (LunaSpirit Kingdom), I have gotten permission to use the concept from the Club Admin. Basically, if you contribute to a card edition in the previous month you are allowed to add a Theme for the next month. So, starting in April, if you have contributed to an edition in the previous month (March), you will be able to name a theme. That way I don't decide the themes all by myself and will hopefully make it easier for all card makers to design cards that they really want to make. | @RachelPanda probably haven't told you about this but I have to let you know that I have entered my hiatus from all of my graphic designing activities since yesterday (2/1). I want to concentrate on my studies and I feel like I don't have the time to make cards if my projects are going to pile up. It's not certain when I'll be fully active but I'll try to be back somewhere on mid-March. Sorry if this is a bit late, and I have noted the change in the editions deciding it's just like from Sky Journey but I think we've been doing it since the start of the club :P |

| @ryuubus Basically someone who, if they notice a problem with conduct of members or staff they take the appropriate measures to try and resolve the problem. They would work with the violator and or the victims to peacefully settle any disputes that may arise. Or just step in if they notice someone not following the conduct rules and politely inform the individual what they have done, and to please adhere to the rules. |

| @ryuubus I do not intend to have a "Mother-hen" around (except me). If card editions don't go up on time, is it really something to stress over?? If someone cant make it to a card edition I usually ask in staff to make sure that they just didn't forget to post their cards, wait a day and if they don't respond, remove them from the thread. If the carmaker still wants to make cards of the same theme, they can make a solo edition V2 or something. When things are forgotten or done late, it is because we are busy, or forgot, it really shouldn't be that stressful. We all come on MAL for fun and to relax from Real Life issues. If anyone in staff needs help remembering things, that is what the calendar is there for. There is no need to call someone out or try and tell others "how to" or "what to do" with their free time. I am not paying you guys(anything at all)to be here. Nor do I expect anyone to be perfect. Help is appreciated but not demanded from anyone. |

| @ryuubus If you are going to open new editions please close the oldest edition. Edit the profile page by posting the new edition and deleting the oldest one. There should only be 2 editions open at the same time unless there are a lot within a close time period or special claims or solo editions. |

She did a big part of the work for this club already like badges layout and I think she's an active CM as well but she can't manage everything on her own and even less when there is no explanations behind that. :/ |

| @Bunnyama Normally Rachel do this stuff but if she's busy and chose ryuu to take care of it, it's kinda like part time management. But I agree that there is lack of communication. I was meant to take care of card & claims archives, claim list if needed and nothing more. But at one point no one was posting comments that card edition opened. After after few days I did it. No one told me if that would be part of my responsibilities and after I did, no one told me if it was a good or bad thing. Whatever it was really necessary or not wasn't told either which after some time forced me to ask atleast this. I don't mind opening and closing editions as long as someone would actually tell me to do it. |

| @Hakaminah @_Nagisa @Bunnyama @ryuubus I never assigned ryuubus to be a manger. The only "manager" type is me...... Not sure where that information came from. She is simply doing things to help the club and I appreciate the efforts but they are not delegated. If you want to know your assigned tasks or for that matter anyone elses look at your staff badge, it says it on there, or look at the first post in this thread. That said, I do not have issues with people opening editions so long as they do everything else needed. When a new edition is opened they need to make sure all CMs have cards posted and then edit the profile page. I usually take care of all of that. If I am busy, I don't mind the help. Hakaminah does the banners in comments, because she feels the need for them and is good at posting them well. --If you do not wish to continue, you do not need to feel obligated to do so. As stated this is not your assigned task. The effort is appreciated, but you are not being made to do anything beyond what you signed up as staff for. If anyone does things outside of their "staff role" it should be because they want to help the club and there is no reason to turn down the help. There is no pressure to do anything beyond what you as staff are capable of and have the willingness to do. I'm sorry if you think I'm not doing my job as the Club Leader. But if you have any issues a simple @RachelPanda will usually get a response the same day and usually even sooner. If you feel it is a personal matter PM me. |

| Well apperently Hakaminah was thinking otherwise KEK but nvm. There is actually no problem with people jobs that's the thing, it's just that apparently people were asked to do more than they are originally asked *shrug* I guess there is some communication and organisation problems about editions~ since I'm just a deliverer I don't really pay attention to the edition thread, but the best it's to be sure that the opening date and closing date are well written on the edition post so there is more problem about that. There is absolutely no problem about doing more things for a club with the project to help tho~ I think I'm probably a good exemple with that for some clubs KEK AGAIN, but when it's "imposed" and someone is not aware of it... that will not help. And of course, I'm not bad thinking about your job as club leader, it's just that there was a little issue tonight and I wanted to clear things out for the good of all. -Bunny.  |
