That, and he can Crane Wing people with their special attraction ability. |

IIRC he had been injured before by Saber earlier on meaning that he couldn't use his NP completely .I'd also add that he was cut off from mana supply from his master but since he could still cast UBW without one in the UBW Route I'm not too sure .Honestly it just feels like a plot device to me . 2. It might be a different case for Archer but Shirou's control over many weapons still isn't enough to give him victory over other servants since their skill and enhanced stats mean that humans can barely do much against them .Tbh I don't get the reasoning completely but the excuse given is that since they've mastered their weapons to the utmost limit he can't hope to match them unless it's Gil who hasn't mastered any single weapon .I wonder why it isn't the same for Gil . I have my own question for anyone reading this . I want to get the VN Realta Nua version .Does it play on PC ?Where can I get it ?Also my current version has in its track play list some songs with 'Realta Nua' put next to them but when I look at the flow chart I don't see any extra endings . |

| No. Shirou will eventually be able to do UBW on his own. You don't need to be a servant to use a reality marble. He already can cast it by his own at the end of UBW, he simply would not be able to maintain it for long enough time needed to fight Gilgamesh. Also no, Archer casting UBW would not do much good against anyone. Even GIlgamesh would have ways to counter it(since he would not be fighting a human boy). Anyone else would most likely murder Archer before he gets to cast it and even if he casts it, they would still outclass him and in technique and stats and just rush him to death. |
