| Can't believe it's already end. What a great ride. Thanks Kishimoto for such awesome manga. Naruto ended with Hina which is good. Kakashi become Hokage. I am fine with this ending though I would like to know what happen after the Sasuke vs Naruto clash. SO what happen to Orochimaru. |

| I agree with almost everyone here about the ending being forced and certain things left out (orochimaru). But keep in mind that this is a time skip. So i think the author intended for the viewers to use there imagination to see what sort of developments happened in that time frame. I am only hoping that in the film or this Part 3, we get some more back story behind that "Missing time" after the tsokoyomi was deactivated, so we can get some more clarification behind some of the relationships and plot threads that were left hanging. |

| HOLY CRAP! It has been MANY years but the journey is over. Wow, following this series through the years makes me reflect on all the joyous times I had. So in this chapter we get to see those NaruHina kids, Bolt and Himewari. I will say this in my opinion seeing those two children is one of the many highlights of this series. We finally get to see it after a long time the famous Seventh Hokage Naruto Uzumaki, WOOT! We also see all of main character and their children in the future, with many unexpected couples in my opinion. However, dat SasukeSakura kid towards the end to me felt shocking in a way. Also Sasuke's new hair style made me chuckle. WELL! This chapter wraps up the main Naruto Uzumaki story after 15 years in the works. I am looking forward to the "Last Naruto the Movie" and the new mini series coming out in the spring as well. OVERALL: I was thoroughly satisfied with ending of this series and could not ask for a better one. GREAT CHAPTER and SERIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| Count me in the not satisfied end. Though this series has been disappointing me for a long time now, so no surprise there. And though I do support NaruSaku, I am perfectly fine with NaruHina. Not as much on screen development as I would've liked, but supposedly that's what the movie is gonna be all about. What bugs me about the ending is that Sasuke is forgiven and I hate that guy to no end and that this final chapter is just a set up for Part 3. And goddammit, why could you just not end this series? If this epilogue was maybe one or two chapters longer I think he would've been able to wrap it up a little more smoothly. I do like all the comments of people crying about how it's finally over. It's not. There's still plenty of money to make off this franchise. |

| Well, this series undoubtedly has had a few problems over the years. However, it is also the show that got me into anime, and for that I have to give it some respect. As a whole however, I believe it turned out pretty well. I re-read the series a couple months ago and found that some of what I disliked was not as bad as I remembered, which was reassuring. Anyway, I'll give this an 8/10. 7/10 I think may be a bit more appropriate, but I'm felling generous. Also. Naruto x Hinato and Shikamaru x Temari was nice. |

| And this ends my 6 year journey with the Naruto franchise. I feel like Kishimoto could've ended the series so much better without the random pairings. (NaruHina is fine, but holy shit, what a mess) The ending wasn't the best thing in the world, but at least Naruto was Hokage. If it wasn't for this series, I probably wouldn't be reading any other series. Now, am I going to be reading the epilogue? Slim chance. I grew up with Naruto, not Bolt. |
| Wow can't believe I just went through all 31 pages of comments. Good thing I did, otherwise I would've missed some interesting comments :) Like how Bolt is named that way because Neji means "screw." Now his name doesn't sound so random and stupid, but it's actually meaningful. Would still like to know why Salada...even if the actual romanization is Sarada, still sounds like salad. Although not everything was answered, I still highly enjoyed Naruto for the most part, especially the earlier chapters which I've read over and over again. There's no doubt that it has influenced me in many ways, and has made me contemplate on many things throughout the manga. After following it for so long, it's sad to see it end, I feel like there's a hole in my heart, even more so than when FMA ended. I will really miss this because of all the emotions I had invested in this. Time to try catching up on the anime again. Hm regards to this chapter, I thought it would just be nice to see chapter 699 as the real ending and like someone else said, 700 as the prologue to upcoming short series. Although I'm just as surprised as many people regarding some of the pairings in the end, I don't think there's any need to say that it doesn't make sense or there weren't any indications of certain people possibly getting together. I think it was MoeGod or someone else who said it, but so many things can change and develop in all these years that we don't see. It's not near impossible that these things could happen. I mean I think that's further illustrated by the fact how some people changed a lot, Anko is...chubby, Sai actually has natural expressions. But yeah, I kind of wished Sasuke didn't end up marrying Sakura. Mostly because I personally don't wish to see the two together, and I'd prefer if Sasuke didn't marry anyone. Then again, I think family was always a huge thing to him, so it's not a surprise that maybe after all that had happened, he would want to start a family of his own. Love the NaruHina ending though :D Was always rooting for Hinata. I also stated the biggest plot hole was Sasuke summoning Manda when he was out of chakra. If I knew Japanese I would send a message about that to Kishimoto's twitter just to see how the fuck he could defend that bullshit. |
