But i'm pretty sure they host torrents from Nyaa though

Pretty sure Animetake gives a rats ass about what gets licensed :P
They just add the first and best subs they can get their hands on. HS isn't bad, it's just that their rips doesn't have subs on the OP, ED and insert songs, but that's ebcause the legal sites aren't allowed to sub them for some stupid reason, copyright reasons :P
But unless you're a noob, you should be able to find better fansubbers.

Animetake doesn't host any torrents, they just link you to them.
But they do upload the files to a few filehost services. This is the reason why the companies targets them.

I don't know if this has been asked (there are 60 pages) but does anyone know why Pandora is on the list?

I use it a lot and I've only heard one anime song and it was by the artist and her album was listed. The only reason I know it was from an anime is because my brother knew the song from an anime. They do have a pay subscription and I'm pretty sure it's a legal site so it's odd that it would be on their list.
