A lot of us care a great deal it's just that we realized it's never gonna get finished. And even if it did it will never be like as brilliant as the Golden Age Arc (Shakespeare in mangaka form, probably the best manga arc ever writter imo). Kentaro is obviously burnt out which is such a shame but hey shit happens. I'm still glad he managed to complete what he did at least. Anyways Oda on the other hand is like a machine, he works so hard to get chapters out each week and also works on future arcs which is probably why most of it comes together so damn perfectly. I have a good feeling that One Piece will be completed, the dude is on a mission. |

With One Piece Oda has already says that he knows the ending(he's been planning it since the beginning), gave a hint as to when it will be done, we know that after he reaches One Piece and the big war happens it will probably end, the anime is also pretty popular, and Oda comes out with a chapter every week(IIRC has had one 1 month break for vacation with his family and has been sick once(which was just this year))That's not true. I have a good feeling that One Piece will be completed, the dude is on a mission. Yeah a lot of people are talking about how they've given up on Berserk. They don't like the direction it's headed in and they won't stop soon because whatever direction he's going in, it's going very slowly. Yeah he does, and he deserves the recognition he's gained from it. With One Piece being the top selling manga of all time by a lot, the movies make tons, and he always sells at least 2x as much as second place. He can retire now quite easily, and probably will when One Piece ends. Somebody should buy him a mansion on some exotic island. I heard that he came up with all of the supernovas, how they looked(their names, etc), and how they would fit in the story in a day or a week(something like that). Apparently his editor wanted more characters at Saobondy so he quickly made them. I can see why people think Nizuma from Bakuman might have been inspired by Oda. |

But I haven't given up hope I think Miura at least has enough left in him to show us a good fight with one of the God Hand finally. I mean really that's all I want, not the ending but just one damn good fight where Guts finally gets to stomp someones dome hard. Too much to ask for? I think not, as slow as he's going Miura could still have another 5-10 years in him. Oh and it would be nice for Casca to wake up, for heaven's fucking sake! That's interesting about Oda coming up with the Supernovas in a week. Totally believable, I mean no one can beat Oda when coming up with great characters his ability to do that is on a genius level, almost inhuman really. And yeah, Oda deserves to retire someday and live in luxury and bliss. Really he deserves it all! |

Well lets hope that one of these days he speeds up his pace a little. 5 -10 years is only like 50 chapters. Yes Casca, she does need to wake up. Though that's going to create problems in the story, you can tell. That might be where he starts his comeback with a dark story. Though since he likes manga so much, he might make some shorter stories. |

| If Miura can do just one volume a year like he's done in the past I think he can finish Berserk. He's only about 46 years old so he has alot of years guys. I've heard about really old mangakas. Let's say he stops when he's 60 years old. That means he can complete 14 more volumes, which in my opinion is doable to wrap the story up. Berserk is one of my favorite manga i'll be so sad if Guts story doesn't come to an end.. |
