I really, really like Tsuritama. I need two types of recommendations based on that. Any anime with a unique, quirky art style (already seen or know about Satoshi Kon works), and any anime that have a similiar light drama, feel good attitude about them.

Of course I like other genres, but I want to watch more anime like this. Any help would be appreciated!

Try some other Nakamura Kenji works such as Mononoke and Trapeze, for example. The later is lighter in comparison to the other two, but still darker than Tsuritama.

Also, Yuasa Masaaki is known for quirky visuals, such as the ones in Kaiba, Kemonozume, The Tatami Galaxy and Mind Game

When it comes to studios, SHAFT is known for its distinctive art style. Bakemonogatari, Katanagatari, Madoka, Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, Arakawa under the Bridge are some good examples.

Also, Studio 4°C makes surrealist shorts.

Then there's anime like Serial Experiments Lain and Haibane Renmei. The later is a slow-paced slice-of-life, so it is closer to your description.

Windy Tales has both the peculiar art and the feel good attitude. Kamichu, Aria the Animation and its sequels are really fun to watch. And they give off a feeling of warmth. You're supposed to watch chronological order. You just can't skip to Origination.

Nodame Cantabile and Kuragehime are imaginative josei comedies. I'm not sure if you'll enjoy them. As I said, they're josei.

Moyashimon and Humanity Has Declined are some really good unique comedies. I think you'll probably like them

can anyone tell me if there is romance in mirai nikki, i heard it has some kind of twisted couple or so but i want to know if it is good/worth watching...

Yes. There's twisted romance.
As for whether it's worth watching or not, that depends on your taste. You won't like it unless you like Yuno, I believe.

Yuno's The Yandere... technically she's a psycho, stalker and bada** freak. In a twisted way, she's really cool.

Yuki is your average wimp. He gets somewhat better later on and has a certain awesome, but sorta' nonsensical moment somewhere in the later half of the show/manga. Then he turns sorta' lame again... not as lame as he started though.

All other characters are weirdos and whether you'll like them or not, again, depends on your taste. Outside of the protagonists, I don't recall much character development going on.

Then there's the mind game, which honestly, is somewhat stupid and, again, twisted. If you're interested only in this part, you should try watching Death Note or read Liar Game instead. Or Battle Royale, if you also want a blood bath.

Josei is good with me! A lot of these are ones I'm already interested in but haven't yet watched, you definately reinforced my belief to watch them!

My art question is satisfactorily answered, thanks guys!

With light drama, I meant something closer to Tari Tari and Tsuritama. Slice of Life that aren't all about the fan service, and don't have over the top comedy. Tari Tari had comedy that I enjoyed, but there wasn't anything like panty shots or main character beaten up by the girls a million times when he says something that sets them off.

I hope that clears things up, but I'm not sure I made that easy to understand... Sorry lol

@Shioxus: You wanted unique art styles. Mind game has a very unique art style. Also forgot about Dead Leaves. Also unique art style, and also one of the craziest anime I've watched.

As for light drama, might try watching some from Your PTW list like:
Hanasaku Iroha
Natsuiro Kiseki
Ano Natsu de Matteru
Tamayura

Or new one like the short One Off OVA.

Actually, I do think the titles I recommended fit this part pretty well too. They don't have perverted fanservice. Humor isn't over the top, but there's more comedy in some of them than in Tsuritama. Aside from Haibane...

I wouldn't call Haibane Renmei funny. Drama ain't light, but it has a quiet feeling... it's an atmospheric slice-of-life fantasy. In terms of feeling, it's what you'd get if you mixed Aria and Mushishi in a blender. In terms of plot, it's about the daily lives of some angel-like beings in an enclosed town. So, it doesn't fit the second part of your request.

Is this anime good? http://myanimelist.net/anime/384/Gantz

I have never watched the anime, but I have heard it's confusing and inferior to the manga.
The manga is OK. You'll probably enjoy it if you're into gore/bloodshed/violence. I didn't like the cast too much.
I think Beatnik's review is more helpful than anything I could write, given that I dropped the manga only 30 chapters something in. So read it and then decide if you'd like to give this a try:

What?
If you wanted to know the chronological order of events taking place in movies, you should of just googled.

I do recommend watching them in the order they have been released.
You can see that order by searching here

If you mean whether all the novels have been adapted. Most have. Mirai Fukuin is going to be adapted too, hopefully sometime next year.

Maid-sama is really good. Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun is also good, I didn't like it as much as toradora but the sort of tsundere thing is there. It is currently airing though but the last episode comes out Monday. Inu x Boku SS is one of my favorites, I would say it is a lot like Toradora but it is really short. It is really cute in my opinion though.

If you hold an interest in school romance Hatsukoi Limited and Kimikiss Pure Rouge may be good enough. But if you look for tsundere then try this:

I don't think so, but it's really good in some other ways. It's more like a fantastic psychedelic dream one can't be woken up from until the dream comes to an end.

The horror anime I like the most is Ghost Hunt. I like for its smooth immersion, probable movement and principal heroine who cut capers from time to time.

xAyaChanx, if you like oldschool try Pet Shop of Horrors

@kuchukuTulip:
Ghost in the Shell(may also watch Ghost in the Shell 2.0 for newer release)
Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence
Tokyo Godfathers - nice christmas anime
The Sky Crawlers
Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade
Redline - weird animation, not like most anime
Paprika
Millennium Actress
Perfect Blue - nice horror
Mimi wo Sumaseba
Neko no Ongaeshi - connected with Mimi wo sumaseba
