| The episode felt very jumbled to me. Apparently the majority really liked it, but I just couldn't feel anything. Too bad really, because I really enjoyed the first 12 episodes. 3/5 |

| Reiji and Elen going back and forth refusing to kill each other, no surprise there. Claudia supposedly dies, but it's offscreen so who knows. If she actually did die, then good riddance. Maybe Lizzie isn't so bad. |

| Farewell Claudia. Rest well. She was definitely a charming character. At least she died a beautiful death by the ocean. And at last, both Reiji and Eren are on the same page. I love the dialogue in this series. They did a good job. Eren sitting on top of him and that whole speech she gave. Just Mesmerizing. Scyth master's acting way too confident. | First actually enjoyable episode since ep9. Some would argue, but almost as if we didn't fucking need all the post ep10 tomfoolery plot-wise: Clauida's scheme was already intact and could have been uncovered. Reiji/Eren love-hate dynamic would still be present. Reiji's character development could've been squeezed in 1-2 episodes as he blames himself for Eren's death and, getting over it, becomes more mature (Hm, looks like he wouldn't even need Cal for it. What a surprise.) Or you could have replaced the entirety of ep10 with this ep's ending and literally nothing would've changed. Actually, it'd have been even better, since you wouldn't have to explain how both of them survived seemingly fatal wounds. Claudia's execution was handled really well, if she even died. Cal survived, no wonder. Now, having the incentive, she inevitably becomes a Phantom in the future. Scythe has some aces up his sleeve. |
