| No surprises, I'm voting Fuko. It's the best in balance between funny and sad, true comedy drama. Kotomi's was touching, but also a little too predictable for me to be overwhelmed by it. But when Fuko's sister couldn't see her, that was sad. Also, I don't really like Kotomi very much. Her voice is too whiny and airy, her character is pretty pathetic, she can't do much for herself it seems, Tomoya is like her crutch... I would definitely like to see more in the Kyou/Tomoyo arcs. I haven't played the game, so I would enjoy seeing more of their development. (Personally, I kind of always wanted Tomoyo x Tomoya, even though it was obvious from the start that he would end up with Nagisa.) |
| I adore the hell out of Nagisa, <3 Though the most interesting arc was Kotomi for me, it was so interesting, that damn rabbit and deer had me in thought for like, forever, hahaha. I also felt so sorry for her, especially in the ending of her arc, it was all so touching. Now I'll just have to wait for the rest of Nagisaaaa, D: I also agree, Kyou's and Ryou's arcs were not given much "attention" in the anime, T__T; <3 |

| Im my opinion the tomoyo special ep was the best ep out of the whole show. There was so much emotion in that ep I hope the next season is just as good but I know it will be its kyoto animation!!!! |

| Nagisa's arc hasn't finished yet, but so far the Nagisa-centered episodes have always been very good. Fuko's arc is the best completed one, it was also the longest one in the first season, so it was easier to tell her story without skipping much game content. |

| I liked Kotomi's the best though I accidentally voted for Nagisa's (though she is my favorite character). Sadly Kyou/Ryou and Tomoyo's arc went on at the same time and both lasted only 3 episodes. But what can you do with a 24 episode time limit? I think they did it pretty well. Considering most of the Fujibayashi twins arc and Tomoyo arc in the game consist of them dating and that wouldn't work in the anime haha. |

| It's a cross between Kotomi and Fuko, for me. Though I really like Nagisa, I can't say her arc took much "flight" in the first season. It was the arc that was ongoing from episode one to the last episode, and on in to season two, but - and more so in the first season - they didn't put too much of an emphasis on it. Fuko's arc is probably going to take the win for me this time; I can't begin to explain how touched I was at the conclusion to her arc, and how connected I felt throughout the happenings of her arc. Don't get me wrong; I loved Kotomi's as well, but I guess in this case, the early bird gets the worm. Fuko ftw~ |

| I really liked the Misae and the cat arc in After Story. It was touching. Fu-chan got a tad irritating compared to Kotomi, but I think Nagisa still did it for me at the end. Something about her just gets to me. |
