Like most people i hate the anime's that play to perv in us. Are they all bad , no, but i wish we could move past it. It really is a bad example of anime most the time and its one people use against me all the time when they say anime is lame and perverted.

I enjoy random ecchi shots every now and then. There's nothing wrong with a little eye candy as long as its either spaced out or realistic to have-->(ex: bouncing breasts(sometimes.
Heavy focus ecchi makes me feel like a complete pervert though.

Some anime really are like that. I've had the unfortunate coincidence of my cousin walking in on me during the perverted OVA of an otherwise decent anime before. Now that's what he thinks anime is overall.

I'm sure many others are closeminded like this as well.

Those words are the definition of a setup for some plot armor or a "rigged" battle.

I dislike the usage of filler episodes that do little or nothing to advance the overarching plot. This isn't just true of anime, it's true of TV shows as well.

It's probably why I'm so fond of anime movies, and why I cannot get into any of the popular mainstream stuff.

Isn't it something like, the will to live? I think it's a perfect line when someone is dying in a war or battle. For me, it shows the spirit of the person in not giving up. The better version would be "I can't die! I made a promise with that person!"

I generally dislike chit chat during duel or battle and technique explanation. Like hell people will explain a technique in detail to the enemy...

What really has bugged me in anime is that whole *ecchi situation* then dude gets punched or something. Where the dude would be minding his own business and, without any bad intention or knowledge of whats going to happen, walks in on some girl changing her clothes or the like. Then gets called a pervert or gets smacked around for it.

Also, on a side note, is it me or does it seem like a large majority of anime that involves high school, the class president is a girl. Just an observation.

I'm probably going to get pilloried for this but what I dislike about some anime is gratuitous violence. I mean, if the violence has genuine context and is there for a reason, say, to add realism, then I don't mind it whatsoever but if the anime I'm watching is constantly barraging me with excessive gore and unnecessary violence then I tend to avoid it.

1. Recaps

2. Oversized boobs easily seen by the viewer (Example: Ikkitousen - during the fights the clothes are too easily torn apart)

3. Too much romance (Example: Rurouni Kenshin - One of the best samurai animes ever made but the romantic parts between Kenshin an kaoru ruins it)

4. Characters that act superior (Phrase example: "I don't have the time to mess around with your kind")

30 pages and NO mention about how pretentious sighs are in anime? 99% of the time characters sigh it's done like it's the Queen's jewels on display, the centerpiece of the entire episode. It's so overdone that I don't even know if a normal sigh in a realistic situation could appear to be credibly pulled off.

Not much I dislike but when the anime just ends and dosnt finish the rest of the story.. such as D-grayman,Tsubasa Chronicles and Pandora hearts I feel ripped off because I start really getting into it only to end early. I want more but it hasnt been made and reading the manga isnt the same..

I really hate when it's a huge deal if someone has a fever or even gets a cold in anime, it's like they are gonna die. I used to get fevers all the time and even then I would still sometimes go to school like it's no big deal.

It's kind of a big deal in Japan when they get to the point of not being able to leave the bed. Plus if more anime actually showed what people in Japan do when they catch minor colds(wear masks and go to school/work) then people here would bitch that animators are trying to save money by not animating mouths.

This one of the few "what else can be done?" type of things that occur in anime.

What do you want the character(s) to do?

1.)Stay home by themselves without visits?
2.)Never get sick?
3.)What Anime_Name said?

The first would be boring and not entertaining to viewers.
The second would end up having fans bitch about how the character(s) are always in tip-top shape.
Anime_Name covered the third.

What can you do?

Loli fanservice they sometimes force it on and sacrificing the plot and characterisation. I find it hard to watch anime when they put characters, the one with pacifist attitude and the other being evil just for the sake of being evil. It's hard to watch.

Cute-sy anime. Ecchi. Fanservice.

Character in anime dies in the first few episodes or throughout the whole thing? I stop watching it. One Piece, Death Note, Gurren Laggen, Code geass. Ugh. I get so angry and sad. LOL

And I usually end up stop watching an anime series when there is more than a few filler episodes.

And dubbing just annoys me in general.

Let's see

-In harem MC Likes a fucking ugly bitch and he has a 10000000x better woman waiting for him (To Love-ru a nice example)
-FUCKIN BITCH TSUNDERES
Every, anime, has a fucking bitch who keep being a bitch to MC but like him...

The only exception is the MC from Kaichou wa Maid-sama, she was being a Tsundere because of her job...

-I don't know how to explain this one, but I'll use a Example

In 11eyes, the girl that sticks around MC, WoW, and when I mean WoW, it's fuckin WoW, Shie is the most annoying girl that I ever seen, really? I don't know what episode is, but when the MC is saved from the red-haired girl, and this girl see all of what happens and run away, Wow, if I were MC, I would slap that bitch to the face...

And THE MOST HATED OF ALL TIMES FOR ME:

In a Harem, MC was having a freekin sweet relationship with a girl, and then in the end, the MC chooses a girl that DON'T HAVE A FUCKING BULLSHIT RELATED TO HIM...

A example: Shuffle
Because of the ending of this anime, I hated it to my entire life, made me lose some days of my life...

It was a semi-random guess, that was mostly formed around the notion that when people mention differing "ideologies" it tends to be code for religious differences. Since this is mostly an American/English language website I took a stab in the dark and picked one of the 3 dominate religions that could conflict with some "ideologies" in anime.

That reasoning seems to be grounded on biases. I am not american, and I´m definitely not religious.

The term ideologies, in this case, was meant to address certain ideas and doctrines that are more from the mundane realm. Not going to get into detail though.

Biases well that's nothing new here. It is, after all, the foundation of this very topic. The reasoning is sound even though you don't fit the mold.

Please do keep the specifics to yourself. I don't want to know what you would consider mundane in a cartoon.

I really really don't like how animes tend to be a lot worse in quality and content than their manga counterparts. Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood was a hit because it followed the already good manga all the way through without meaningless fillers. I mean I understand how anime producers want to try to milk the hell out of the franchise but I feel the success would lie more in a more enjoyable and high quality production than just prolonging it. But for many of the manga's I've read that have been disgraced by their anime counterparts, sometimes I'm just at a loss and can't understand what was going through the producers' heads..

I dislike a lot of things in anime/manga:

"I can't kill him/her! No way!!! >.<" - I hear that in so many animes.
Weak male M.C. and I don't like that a lot of M.Cs act as they're true hero.
Female characters who look like a cute little girls with their powers about - IT'S OVER 9000!!!! -
I can only accept strong women like Olivier Mira Armstrong for an example.
A lot of M.Cs are mostly under 18 years old.
That M.Cs become stronger and stronger. Then later they got overpowered. - Naruto with his Kyuubi mode & Sage mode.
Every fangirls... They already support AxB couple even they don't fall in love with each other in anime/manga.
