You wanna know a little bit about me huh?
Alright. I'm an 18 year old college student right now.(Freshman lol).
-I started watching anime 2 years ago, but didn't get serious with it until 2 months ago.
-I generally am shy, so I only hang out with the same 4 friends when I feel like socializing. I also hang out with my family sometimes. When I'm not being shy, I'm playing the role of the silly joker.(Acting silly for my friends'/family amusement).
I haven't seen a lot of anime, so I'm not sure what category I like best. I used to think it was action, but Slice-of-Life has been pretty good.. I'm very open to recommendations from any category.
I only have classes three times a week, so I have a lot of free time and I'm looking to find a few good MAL friends and a few good series to watch!
Here is my rating criteria towards anime, nothing special. Mainly depends on how much I enjoy it:
...that about sums it up lol. Feel free to message me if you wanna be friends here or just talk about random stuff! Enjoy your little stay on my profile!

Actually I did like AnoHanas ending. Despite being overdramatic, it did evoke sadness in me, which was the whole point of that ending.
Chobits is an old show. When it aired most of its overused clichés weren’t even clichés back then. And I did watch that show very early, so that’s not something I can/want to criticize.
Sorry for “spoiling” Clannad AS (not the first season), but I just had to make clear of the quality differences ;-)
But me liking a particular episode shouldn’t guaranty that something big happens, so don’t think too much into it.
I watched Higurashi when it came out and back then I was really blown away by the direction it has taken. I couldn’t believe Lolis to be that scary…unfortunately today Killerlolis aren’t that rare anymore; but Higurashi does remain disturbing…
Haruhi…yes it was a show I was at the beginning of my anime “career”, but I would still rate it high today. Kyoun is a fantastic main character and straight man, Haruhi despite being an annoying Tsundere, was well characterized and the rest of the cast also had their moments. And the plot looked like a harem school-comedy, but was much much more in the end…and I do like creativity a lot in my shows.
I was actually thinking of lowering the score of the shows, but only because the movie was so utterly brilliant…
About me not liking ecchi and Tsunderes. It is kind of true, but there are still a lot of fanservice shows that I enjoyed and heck one of my favorite characters is a Tsundere (Horo)…kind of. It really comes down to the way it is handled.
Hmm, well, I think it was a little slow-paced at times ^^' that's all, but overall it's a very nice anime and peoples would consider it a family anime ^^
I'm not gay by the way ^^''
I see you like slice of life anime, well one of the most popular one is "CLANNAD" and it's really good so I recommend you check it out :)
Also, I keep the default list style because I do check it a lot and I find that stylized lists get laggy/hurt my eyes.
AnoHana: I really liked the first episode but the episodes afterwards have been rather slow. I'm not really sure how I'll react to the rest of the show, some opinions make me think I'm going to cry my eyes out, and other opinions make me think I'm going to laugh at the melodrama.
Angel Beats!: Aww, I didn't hate it. Like my list says, I thought it was decent. I do like a majority of the series I watch, which explains my relatively high ratings. However, I thought the first half lacked direction and the second half was too rushed, although I was still touched at times, such as Otonashi's backstory. I'm a little bitter though, because this was one of my most-hyped series of all time after watching the PV's, and in the end it was worth a watch but didn't live up to my expectations at all.
FLCL: I watched this a long time ago many times when it aired on Adult Swim. I found it amusing and I do think it gets better if you rewatch it since the growing up allegory is made far more obvious. Although if you hated it maybe that won't work.
FMA: Well, I have to admit there's some major nostalgia factor with the first FMA and I actually just finished Brotherhood yesterday. I may bump down both of their ratings eventually once I'm down from this FMA high. While it's an excellent series I would say I didn't get very emotionally attached to any of the characters.
Higurashi: Higurashi is my favorite series ever! Actually I wouldn't rate either anime a 10 on their own, those 10's are more a nod to the original sound novel. The VN does make the kids defeating Takano more believable. I read the sound novel that episodes 2-4 of Rei covered, and while it works well when you're reading it, in animated form it was sort of boring because of the huge focus on Rika's inner monologues. TBH, I can't even remember what Nekogoroshi-hen was about.
Lucky Star: I admit I haven't seen this since it first came out, but I do remember liking it.
Madoka: I found it a really refreshing series, although I'd might rate it an 8 now. I tend to rate anime emotionally after I finish them when I'm still in my phase of fangirling them. There's also the factor that I loved the fanbase for this series as much as I loved the series itself. I should probably rewatch this one day and see how I feel afterwards. I'm glad that Sayaka is on your favorites btw, she was by far my favorite from the show.
Haruhi: Yeah, it was one of the first anime I'd seen. I even read all the novels and I'm still in love with it. I still think it's one of the most charming series I've seen, even now.
NHK: Apparently the light novel is better, but it's out of print so I've never had the chance to read it.
High School of the Dead: I was watching it as it was airing until I fell behind on episode 3. Eventually I fell so behind that it was already completed, and then other people told me not to bother finishing it. <- this situation happens all the time to me, see most of my dropped list.
Railgun: Really? I've heard tons of hate for Railgun. Anyways, there was so much filler that even though I didn't know the original I could tell it was filler. Like, schoolgirls running around catching badguyoftheday#174382 over and over. I actually enjoyed the cast of the show but it got kind of unbearable after a while since nothing was happening. If it was made in mind as a slice-of-life, fine, but it obviously was not (it's supposed to be more actiony) and they were just making filler episodes for the hell of it.
Edit: HAHA I didn't realize my comment was getting this long. I tend to do this a lot xD
My full sized one was actually about 90 something frames and 536 kb and realized it was too large for MAL.
What I did was re-import that full sized gif file into photoshop again but this time check the box that says "limit to every 2 frames." I changed the number from 2 to a larger number which will reduce the number of frames by [that number you put in] times.
(eg. If I had 90 frames and I set limit to every 5 frames It reduces the number of frames to to 90/5 = 18 frames )
