I gave a look to her minitokyo gallery, she truly seems to have pink hair in manga, althought in anime really depends on the scene, cuz her color variates from pink to light purple.
The first banner pic shows them with light purple hair so it was not accepted, the second is on "maybe" but not rejected.. althought i'm asking you to provide some other banner pic where her hair are more pink and will be banner maker's decision which one to use then :3

I'm sorry i can't really find the above proof quote from her wikia page.. And almost all the quote was anyway speaking about her selfishness which doesn't mean arrogant. Although would be interesting to see the fullness of the very last sentence which was being a little closer to the arrogant meaning
