| This was a very strange episode. Wasn't crazy about the first half. Even though it was a much more coherent short. I just didn't care about Garterbelt's origin. And it was kind of weird and half assed anyway. Plus a little racist if I can say so without being crucified. To top it all off it continued the show's weird fixation on BDSM. Not its strongest short, that's for sure. The second one was also really weird. I'm not sure I'd even argue it was that good. But it was weird in an interesting way. It was very different both for the series and just in general. I'm not sure what the point was still. Beyond trying to construct a banter driven, slice of life short. But it kind of worked for me. Because we don't see Panty and Stocking have many prolonged interactions. At least where they're not shouting and calling each other bitches. So this was kind of nice. |

| First half wasn't too bad. At least we know what Garterbelt was like. Typical gangstar in NYC :P Also, he literally went to all phases of time. This guy has a patience of steel! I could never endure let's say being trump in a casket at Egypt for hundreds of years. Also, he's into S&M XD 2nd half was mad boring. I was actually doing the same thing Panty and Stocking was doing. Lazying around and lying in bed. I was like, WTF is Garterbelt taking so long to cook! Last 2 episodes T__T |
| Very good and oddly refreshing episode as a whole. I found the 2nd half of the episode to be incredibly cathartic, like listening to a podcast between the two of them before random shit starts to happen while waiting for Garterbelt the entire time. The fact that they're just talking without the craziest shit happening for a while as the camera feels propped up in one position IS the interesting part and I thought that was really interesting for a show that explodes with chaos every single time from the getgo; plus more interactions between the sisters being sisters is dope as hell. The first part knowing Garterbelt's story was good too but man that guy's got some extreme fetishes over the years, jeez. |

| Another banger episode. Garterbelts backstory was neat! He is an immortal man and throughout all of the mankind's suffering, he has been left with a BDSM fetish. It makes sense to me. Panty and Stocking relaxing for the second part was cool too. I felt the last episode was a bit lacking on their dialogue anyways! So going the opposite of the spectrum was neat for a change. |

| I knew Garter wasn't exactly a normal human. But his backstory was fucking crazy and unexpected. Didn't think he'd get a backstory at all. The second part was basically as SOL as this show could get. It was fucking awesome lol. I completely forgot Panty and Stocking are basically outcast angels trying to go back to heaven. Doesn't feel like they're making much progress. As fun as these types of episodes are, I am starting to miss the ghost hunting parts a bit tbh. It's like the show has become something completely different. Not necessarily better or worse. Just a different thing. The ED animation changed. It just depicts Panty and Stocking dying in different ways. I think ED1 had it too but this one's more gruesome. |
| THIS EPISODE WAS SO GOODDDDD GENIUNELY Garter had a crazy backstory, I loved learning about him. Stocking was so cute in her pajamas and idk just in general it was so awesome to get to see more of Garter. Second half was so so good too!! I just loved seeing the girls have small talk and just hang out it was also funny as hell π Also it was crazy how Stocking acted like she didn't know about the show when Brief tried to connect with her about it, but started talking all about it once Panty came back in the room LMAO she really doesnt fw Brief I guess |
