And just so we're clear, I'm not one of those people that likes to ship couples and shit in shows that are clearly NOT about romance.....yeah, I'll do it (for fun or whatever) in romance comedies but not in things like shounen. The main three characters of Naruto are insufferable, I went along with the show for so long because I did genuinely liked the story (well up until the NONSENSE that is that fucking never ending war, that killed all interest in the series) but I always loathed Sakura, Sasuke, and yeah even Naruto for being so delusional and hopeless himself. /rant. Subjective tastes are subjective, Sakura is visually unappealing to me and I hate her character traits. |

Yeah pretty much. I mean sure they believed that Sasuke might return one day. But their reunion was a reality check for them. Naruto merely wanted to have hope but I think especially Sakura knew that Sasuke changed and he is not gonna come back. I think it's to the point where I think Sakura loves Naruto more than Sasuke. Completely different than her pre timeskip counter part. |

There was something off about the proportions of the characters or something. But it did significantly improve over time. I sometimes lack Asano's art and I sometimes don't, I think because of the way he draws faces. |

He wasn't evil in their first meeting after the time skip, and they didn't want to believe that he became a criminal. How is that delusional? that's exactly what reality was. Naruto even said ''How far have you fallen Sasuke''. And Sakura wanted to get rid of Sasuke because he was a problem and danger to Naruto and the village, how in gods name is that delusional. So what if she hesitated? that's relevant to her being delusional and naive how? |
