Id agree since Come as you are is my favorite Nirvana song and one of the few of theres i think is really good, however I like the Killing Joke song the best of these three.

surprised for heard the damned also had the resemblance riff, not check post their black album

Actually it's more likely Nirvana just directly ripped off the Damned. Cobain and Novoselić were both heavy into punk rock and denied having taken inspiration from The Killing Joke at all.
Of course Killing Joke has their own take on this and it's hard to say, who is actually right.

Edit: Nevermind, did some more research. Appearently Cobain was aware of the similairities with the Killing Joke song. He initially didn't plan for it to be a more notable song from the album, but the company decided to go for it as a single, which Cobain wasn't comfortable with, because of said similairities. Refreshing my memory, Nirvana also never directly denied anything. It was their publisher.
