What is your favourite method of viewing anime?

| I download because of my internet connection. I've been grandfathered in to my "unlimited" download plan with my ISP but that plan as a low speed that makes streaming 720p videos very hit or miss (usually miss), never mind 1080p. I could get a newer plan with faster speed but it would come with pretty harsh throughput limits unless I pay a fortune to bump it up. So instead I made a compromise. I download all the anime I watch but maintain both a Crunchyroll and Funimation subscription. I delete the anime after watching it if it is a simulcast. I'll usually download and keep the Bluray release of series I really enjoy when the full batch is released. If said series is later released stateside, I'll usually go and buy the Bluray/DVD set. |
