Most of the humor was dark humor, and it depends on the viewer if they laugh at it or not (such as Sebastian parading around Alois as he's dying or Ciel slapping Sebastian around.) | Don't worry, Hammychanx3, you're not alone XD I liked the series very much too, I'm just sad that Sebastian isn't really happy to stay with Ciel together forever (in the OP, he doesn't look sad when he's on his knees in the same rose field of the final scene and Ciel is smiling with his head up), even though I like this sadomasoquist side XD like, slavery XD - but wait: Linalee-Stratos said: Once a demon devours a soul, it becomes one with the demon. Overall, I am dissapointed of how "demons" were portrayed in it, I still can't believe how "human" they were shown in this season. It is a fitable ending, but it totally break up the image of "Sebastian, the hell of a butler" (I don't know if I am making much sense on this one...) obviously, I don't know if this was done on purpose but it did not fit my expectations....the suddlen change in the "demons" personality was really not what I was looking for in this season. and after ep 11 (which in my opinion, it was a good climatic ep. if not the best) this ending left me with a sour taste... |

Both of them have a strong attachment towards the butler but it is Ciel who saw that it is a one-way affection. Why Cluade lied about Sebastian being Luka's demon?What I think is: he simply wanted to know why Sebastian was so attached to Ciel....an unrealistic behavior shown by a demon. |

| Alright. Honestly the only thing I can say to sum up my feelings for this episode is: THAT.WAS.STUPID. WTF. I'm a Sebastian fan ALL THE WAY. All I wanted was for him to be able to eat Ciel's soul and be happy. Since he's kind of starving. =__= For them to do something like turn Ciel into a demon so he can't have his soul and he'll have to be his frickin' slave for the rest of eternity is just.... ugh. It pisses me off. I hate to say it, but it reminds me of Twilight's Breaking Dawn: a terrible ending due to a forced "happy ending" just to please the fans (well, most of the fans). Part of me hopes they don't make a season 3 just so they'll stop messing up Kuroshitsuji, and the other part of me wants them to so Sebastian can finally eat. And as for Claude... I liked Claude. Yes, he was creepy as hell. Yes, he was nothing compared to Sebastian. But, there was still something about him I liked. I was sad that they killed him off. :( And I don't really care at all about Aloise. I'll be the first to admit that I laughed and cheered when Claude killed him, but I just don't care what happens to him anymore. But, if it really is his fault that Sebastian's stuck with Ciel forever now then my hatred for him with start burning again. The only reason I chose "Disliked it" instead of "Hated it" was because of how adorable Sebastian was. And the fact that the other characters showed up at the end. Seriously, where the heck were they the entire time? D: I missed them! And they didn't show Ronald Knox enough. :( |

| Well, I don't see why people are complaining a lot..this is exactly what I was told last season and a couple times in this season, but what did you expect? A happy ending where demons suddenly end up letting their master live and it turns into some sort of love story? An expected ending, and ending JUST like the first season's? That would be boring. What has happened is crazy, out of the ordinary, WEIRD! But, it's interesting. Kuroshitsuji II isn't a magical anime, sure anything's possible in this anime, but in Kuroshitsuji II not everybody gets a happy ending. I mean, seriously..I feel bad for Sebastian, but just because he didn't get to devour Ciel's soul doesn't mean that people should start hating this season..after all..that's what also happened last season... |

| Also...people are bashing Ciel..but why am I the only one that's also glad Ciel got what he wanted. He is no longer manipulated by Sebastian, Sebastian was always loyal to Ciel, and at times Ciel was very rude to Sebastian, but by now everyone can pretty much tell that it's just because of the mask he puts on his face. Ciel accepted the fact that after his revenge, his life no longer has any meaning... now that he's a demon..do you know how that would make him feel? And the fact that Sebastian gets to stay by his side forever? I bet Ciel's glad, but look at poor Sebastian. All he ever wanted was Ciel's soul. This episode proved that. He only looked at Ciel and had this strong passion about Ciel because of his soul...now that Ciel's a demon...Sebastian has to suffer and starve (basically).. |
