| I'll gladly comment on your LOGH characters and else :P But having LOGH character son the list is not a good argument ^^ It's not so popular after all.. Akiyama - Rare to see Liar Game in the favorite characters. Great choice, great manga. Though I find Yokoya to be more evil/badass and Nao to be more sympathetic. Still, most characters in this manga are exceptional. Julian Minci - Haven't finished LOGH yet, and as it seems he will get more important in the fture. But as he is Yangs pupil he must become awesome :P. Haven't made up my mind about him. Yang Wenli - The best character ever in anything :P. I love him. Sorry to say, but Reinhard is just a sorry piece of a character compared to him. Never met a character like him where every thought or action of him is comprehensible. He knows what's morally right, but he also knows that reality sometimes (often) diverges from what's morally right. Very rightous person, but never to the point it gets annoying or stupid (he still values his own life f.e.). Of course I can only speak from the episode 64 perspective ^^ Shion - Well, I didnt' like her as much as Rika or especially Rena. The whole mafia background wasn't too great imo, and although she was badass at times, she just didn't convince me. I personally loved Rena from Higurashi. She is the cutest in the cute episodes (I wanna take her home ^^) and I really like it that she's got some intelligence that shows when she is getting crazy. Also her fight versus Keiichi at the end of S1 was just so epic. Can't picture anyone else as the best Higurashi girl :P Sadly haven't seen the others. Princess tutu is on my inofficial PTW (probably due 2013 -.-). Astro Boy is a classic, but I never had the time for it. Maybe someday. Maison Ikkoku is (from what I heard) the LOGH of romantic animes. If someday I start enjoying romance animes, I'll definitely check it out. Cromartie High School is also on my unofficial PTW. Seems hilarious. Metropolis is the only thing connected to your favorite characters that I never heard of... |

| Ryuk has always been the most interesting of the shinigamis in my opinion, plus he stuck around the longest. Alucard is just awesome, although with his power levels it does make the anime abit boring since he is never really in danger of being defeated. Misaki Nakahara is a funny enough girl, but i cant really shake the feeling that she just has too much spare time on her hands v.v Roy is cool, and i love that even with that huge sense of duty he still does the right thing rather than following orders all the time. |

| Right know a few here as we seem to have a fairly similar taste in characters. Yuki - Yep I adore her in the Haruhi movie and think she has this moe appeal whether she be emotionless or otherwise. Yui - I can almost stomach Yui, along with Ritsu they are about the only K-ON characters with decent personalities. I cant stand the anime she is in though and dont understand the hype. Kyou - Another we share, She is my favourite Clannad character and the best match for Tomoya imo. Misao - I liked Misao along with Kagami best in Lucky Star, I guess I like her voice and the amount of Youtube videos with her RAN RAN RUU!! are epic. Konata - I dont like her as much, sure I like Aya Hirano and all but she plays Haruhi and Lucy better in my opinion. Not sure why she has such a following over better characters. Rin - My favourite character from Fate, she was always the most level headed and had a cool guardian in Archer =) Makoto - One of the few characters to have pulled a tear from me, her exit is so sad, how can you not? =) Finally someone with loads of characters I know XD; |

| @dancu Lelouch: I love this character. I really liked the decisions he made, and the path he decided to take. C.C: Another character from Code Geass I really like. Was considering adding her to my list of favourite chracters, but decided against it since not many spots :P C.C Would be my favourite Code Geass girl, followed by Shirley. Mio: My favourite K-ON girl. She is awesome :P Such a cute character, she will most likely become the 9th character on my favourites list. I love the voice actors singing voice also. Konota: Yet another amazing character, she definitely deserve being how popular she is. She is hilarious, and makes Lucky Star and awesome show. My personal favourite Lucky Star character would Be Kagami. Kawashima, Ami: I didn't like her as much as I liked the other characters from Toradora. I found that her attitude annoyed me a bit. Tachibana, Kanade: I have not seen many episodes of Angel Beats so far, since I am waiting for it to be completed first. However, from what I have seen, I really like the character Angel, and I am really looking forward to learning more about her once I watch the show. I have not yet watched Fate / Stay Night, Tengen Toppa Gurren Laggan, katanagatari or Minami-ke, but I have been wanting to watch those series for a while now, and hope to watch them soon :P You have a great list of characters in my opinion ;) |

| @xXC64Xx Luffy: Fun shounen protagonist, so I guess he's good. Revy: Awesome character, one of the best characters in Black Lagoon. Also had a sad (but realistic) backstory. Holo: A favorite of mine. I like her witty banter with Lawrence. Definitely a great character! Shana: I don't know why, but Shana is what drew me in to the show in the first place, and she stopped me from giving it a bad score, too. While sorta generic, she's probably my favorite loli tsundere. Yuki: Best Haruhi girl! I wish she'd wind up with Kyon, but that wouldn't end too well for obvious reasons, so it's impossible. Mizore: Stalker... But she seemed like the most competent of the harem outside of Inner Moka, so she's good. @red_wolf41 Ed: Great character, it's really interesting how he develops. Train: Oh man, this guy is great. One of the better shounen protagonists. Allen: Pretty cool powers, but I can't remember too much about his personality. |

His fighting scenes are always pretty epic, especially when he uses that chain thing like Batman. Holo: She's cute. I like how she's playful and loves to tease Lawrence. I also admire her cleverness and negotiation skills. Shiki: She's SO badass. 'nuff said. Rin: Her tsundere-ness makes her so cute. I like how her outer personality (refined, lady-like, model student, etc.) does not match her actual personality. She was also really awesome in the Unlimited Blade Works path of the visual novel. Battler: He annoys me a bit, but I still like him. I just don't understand how he can still reject the idea of magic existing when the proof is pretty much right in front of his face. His debating skills are awesome though. |

All I can say is that I've seen him around a lot, recently. I apologize. Hei: I've seen a few episodes of this. I most notably remember that he eats a lot. Thanks for reminding me of the show. I might pick it up some time soon. Archer: I haven't seen this. Hosaka Haven't seen this either, but it seems enjoyable. Kyoya: Another popular guy! Once again, haven't seen it, but I do plan on it. | @ DeusExMachina Light: One word: EPIC. He does everything epicly, from crazy laughs to chip eating! LOVE him to death. Mikami: Seriously, this guy is WAY underrated. He was just as epic as Light, with his sakujos and epic laser pen. He's even able to turn the act of writing names into a dance! Akito: I've only seen the Fruits Basket anime, so I'm probably missing a lot of the info that's given about him in the manga. Can't think of much to say about him, other than that he's pretty hot but seems like he's mentally unstable. Vincent Nightray: The guy scares me a little because he seems to like scissors a bit too much... I liked his different colored eyes and brother complex for Gil though. V.V.: I hated him at first because he was the one who told Suzaku about Lelouch's Geass and ruined everything. But then I felt sorry for him in the end, because he was betrayed by the very person he loved most. |

| @Dreamtime2k9 Light: I really liked Light at start, he was a really smart character and I loved watching Death Note. However, I don't agree with the path he chose to follow. Spitfire: Air Gear is a really good manga, and I think the anime is awesome also. Portgas D Ace: Ace is a really awesome character also. I think his attitude is one of the most likable in One Piece. Gaara: I have not watched too much of Naruto, but I didn't like Gaara during what I have watched to much, because of his personality / attitude / actions. I think if he becomes a nicer character later on, I would like him. But as I mentioned, I haven't watched / read much Naruto ( like 130-ish episodes) Vegeta: Gotta Love DBZ and Vegeta ;) Watched DBZ before I really knew what anime was (even owned all the funimation releases :P). Vegeta is a really great character. I like how he changes over the seasons, but he still as badass as ever ;) Lelouch: One of my favourite characters. He is similar to Light, but where Light went wrong, I think Lelouch succeeded. I really like his actions compared to Light's. Toshiro: A cool character, I can understand why so many people like him. I personally haven't gotten too 'attached' to him, but I do really like the character. Byakuya: It's been awhile since I've seen / read Inuyasha, but I don't think I particularly liked Byakuya. I don't think I disliked him, but he was probably just another character in the story. I preferred characters such as Sesshomaru, Inuyasha, Kagome, and Rin / Kagura. Sesshomaru would definitely be my favourite Inuyasha character. |

His whole character is very interesting and his past is very mysterious as it is not shown in depth... His english dub voice rocked. Taiga ~ Woooa I watched almost a year ago, so I don't remember some things about Toradora!, but Taiga is definitely a sweet tsundere character. (I don't know why people hate tsunderes so much...) Ai Enma ~ She's pretty awesome though I was kind of let down by the whole hell girl series. I kind of wish Hell Girl had remained mysterious instead of revealing her past and her true name. I think it would've been a lot creepier and/or scarier if that were the case. Haruko ~ She's so freaky, but in such a awesome and unique alien way. She was FLCL. |

He's a really likeable character and it's interesting to see how he grows throughout the series and reacts with the other characters. He's also rather badass. Horo: One of my favourite characters in anime. She's cute, has a great personality and her interactions with Lawrence really help the show become what it is. Totally worthy of being on a top character list. Kino: Only seen the first episode of the show so far but I like her already. As with Spice and Wolf, the interaction between the main 2 characters seems like it'll be an important part of the show and Kino's interaction with Hermes is already looking good. Motoko: Another great character and once again an important part to the show she's in. Intelligent, strong and takes her job seriously, very much a likable character. Mikoto: She's cute, very likable and can be extremely badass. She also regards her friends highly and I believe this to be an important trait in a good character. Shiki: Haven't seen KnK Sousuke: Having only seen Fumoffu, Sousuke seems to be a integral part to why the series is so amusing. The majority of the humour in Fumoffu is centering around him and his disjointed personality from the rest of the characters and the situation he's in and it leads to some rather amusing outcomes. Claire: Only seen the first episode of Baccano! so far so I don't believe I've met him. Rin: I'm not really that much of a fan of Rin, although I can't really remember much about her since watching the series apart from that fact. I'll be playing through the VN soon so that may increase my opinion of her. Battler: Don't know much about him since I've only seen the first episode of Umineko and I haven't got round to making the VN work on my PC, but he seems ok so far apart from his perverse nature and his stupid name. | alot of the characters on your list is from animes and mangas that i don´t know that much about but here are some comments: Neliel from bleach; Shes ok but she can be annoying as hell. Youhei from clannad; what can I say? Renton; i have only seen like 10 minutes of eureka so i can´t say that much on that one but the first impression is that he is whiny. Akito from bakuman; if i had a top 20 instead of top 10 he would probably be on it. |

| @Ullus Spiegal, Spike: I've only seen 6 episodes or so of Cowboy Bebop, but when I was watching I noticed that Spike was a character I liked. I like his not too serious attitude, and he is quite strong. Kaoru Yamazaki: Welcome to the NHK was an awesome show, but I didn't particularly 'love' the characters, like I do in many other series. They had a good selection of characters in NHK, but I don't think they were particularly amazing characters. However, I do think the characters were right for the show, and they helped make the show as amazing at it is. Nara, Shikamaru: I really liked this character when I watched Naruto. He is extremly smart, and when fighting his tactics and ideas amazed me. Guts: A strong and brutal character. I think Guts is one of my favourite characters. He is strong and never gives up, he just keeps on pushing forwards. I really like how he isn't a completely twisted character, and still cares about people. He really makes the Berserk manga deserve being so high rated. I hope to watch / read some of the other series the characters who are on your list are from. I think I will be starting Rurouni Kenshin soon, and a few others on the list I plan to watch / read later. |

Kieli--- i dont know her, almost did, i almost bought volume 1 Yobi--- dont know her Kobato--- I lover how she always tries her best, she has such a sunny personality. I love her. it would be great if i could find a Kobato irl Hecate--- she is lovely, doesnt speak much but cute nonetheless Lucy--- Dark beautiful and can kill you on a whim XD i prefer Nyu though when she could talk Orihime--- big boobs Ichigo--- not my favorite character form Bleach not in my top ten Bleach characters either. |

| Lelouch ~ I really enjoy him as well, I just liked Suzaku a little bit more. He was always a very interesting character. Saber ~ I've only seen a bit of Fate/stay Night, but from what I've seen I really like her. C.C ~ Such a great character. I liked her ever since she conned Lelouch out of his own bed, that took some skills. Konata ~ I personally like her quite a bit. She can be a little annoying at times but for the most part, she's so adorable and hilarious. Ami ~ Best character in Toradora!, easily. I mean, she had so much more depth to her, especially since she seemed so shallow at the start, and she's so pretty. Kanade ~ I freaking adore her. I mean, I liked her before the series even started when I first saw her in the promo art. The whole Silver Hair/Golden Eyes is just beautiful and she's showing so much character now. I especially love her and Otanashi working together and her "dropping" the guitar. She's absoloutly beautiful with wings. |

| Nagato, Yuki ~ Such a great character, I really liked her. She had the coolest scene in Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and she's very hard to dislike. She really has her awesome moments. Heat, Brandon ~ I haven't seen that series, but from his description it seems like he could be a character I would enjoy. He's definitely pretty awesome looking. Lamperouge, Lelouch ~ Wow, it seems like everyone I reply to has Lelouch on their list o.O Anyways, he's a really good character, I really enjoyed Code Geass and he had quite a bit of depth to him. I always do enjoy the charasmatic, intelligent anti-hero. Pino ~ Yet another series I haven't watched yet, but I had to stop reading her description in fear of spoiling things for myself. Kagura ~ *Sigh* Another on my "To Watch" list. I do really like her character design and she sounds like a cool character. Hijikata, Toshiro ~ Again, haven't seen Gintama, but see the comments above. Love his character design! Takaya, Noriko ~ I don't really have an opinion. Haven't seen the series, or heard of her character before. Shinji "Mim" Mimura ~ I LOVED him in Battle Royale, and I hated it when he died (Not that there weren't a lot of characters dieing...) If I remember correctly, he continued fighting even when his intestines were spilling out, yes? The only one with a more awesome death was Sugimura, whose was so unique and so sad since he died even when trying to protect his girl and went through all those "power ups". Yuri Lowell ~ Another series I haven't seen but I do quite like the character design. Anyone capable of handling two seperate types of weapons well is alright with me. |

He is voiced by one of my favorite voice actresses and she did a great job Evans Soul Eater - I'm watching Soul Eater atm and he's an interesting main character and very cool. I like how he transforms into a weapon and how he eats souls. Suzaku - I don't like him nor do I hate him - I prefer Lelouch but he is not a bad character. Light - I hated him at first but I like him now. I like his intelligence and when he says he is god all the time. I agree with him that the world needs to be cleansed. Tamaki - One of the 3 characters (the other being the Hitachiin twins) that I liked in Ouran. He is on the stupid side - so yeah I like that and he is very funny. When he goes all emo and goes in the corner and when he says he is Haruhi's dad are my favorite moments of Tamaki. Sorry but I don't know the others. |
| Of the ones I know: L - He's great. Very smart and many of the random things he said had my boyfriend and I cracking up laughing. Though sometimes, I do feel he is overrated and isn't as amazing as everybody says. Nate River - Didn't really like him too much. He was really smart, and still acted like a little boy at times. The contradiction of it was creepy to me. Szayel Aporro Grantz - Good character, though I don't usually like skinny, feminine men with pink hair. Lol, but the fact that he's insane makes up for it. Yay for insane men! Death The Kid - Death The Kid isn't one of my favorite characters in Soul Eater, but he is an awesome one. He's badass, and yet prissy too. Haha, I've never known another character with such OCD tendencies. First impressions on unknown characters: Tieria Erde - Don't really like glasses or shorter hair, but I love purple hair. She also looks a bit quiet and introverted which is usually not my type. Allelujah Haptism - Hair's a little long for my tastes, but he looks like he has a great body. Plus, from his pictures, he looks like he has a darker side, which is always fun. Lelouch Lamperouge - Purple eyes with dark hair is sexy, and I love the evil smirk he is sporting in most of his pictures. Though, I'm not to fond of how skinny he looks. Heiwajima Shizuo - Love how he looks. Very sexy, and he looks like a fun character I'd enjoy. The blue glasses make me laugh but, strangely enough, also add to his look very nicely. Orihara Izaya - Also very sexy. Love the jacket with the white fur/fuzz stuff round the top. He also looks smart and manipulative. Grell Sutcliff - Obviously very feminine, lol. He seems interesting and fun. Not too fond of glasses, but I love characters with sharp teeth. |

| Hige ~ I am only on episode 2 of Wolf's Rain, but so far Hige seems to be a decent character. I've heard a bit about him from later in the series as well, and I doubt he will be a favorite of mine but I do like him. Inugami, Hyoue ~ Hyoue is freaking awesome, best part of that manga series. Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez ~ Haven't watched Bleach but I must say, from his pic on the profile page, he has a pretty cool design. Kurosaki, Ichigo ~ Once again, have yet to watch Bleach except for one episode I randomly watched after Fullmetal Alchemist aired on YTV, and Ichigo seemed like a decent lead. Sagara, Sousuke ~ What's not to love about Sousuke? He's freaking amazing, and he's great whether he's being a total kick-butt character or comic relief like he was in Fumoffu. Saotome, Ranma ~ Ranma does not get enough love man, a lot of people do not like his character but personally, I really enjoyed him. Simon ~ From another series I need to watch... But from what I read, he seems alright. Stanfield, Claire ~ "The youngest train conductor for the Flying Pussy Foot", well, even though I haven't watched this series, I must say, that may persuade me. That made me laugh out loud XD Stein, Franken ~ Admittedly, when he first showed up, he really freaked me out, but later he was just an awesome character, loved him. Takasu, Ryuuji ~ I think he's alright, I didn't have a problem with him. Ami remains my favorite Toradora! character though. |
| @VampireKisses568 Hige - From what I remember of him when I saw the series he was a pretty cool guy. Really need to get round to watching it again, was one of the first shows I saw and I want to see it again. Hyoue - Don't know him or the manga he's from. Don't particularly like him from what I can tell by his description or pic though. Grimmjow - Don't watch Bleach Ichigo - Don't watch Bleach Sousuke - Is it just me or does everyone I comment on have Sousuke in their favourites o.O? I still like him and it still reminds me I need to see the main FMP series. Ranma - Haven't seen Ranma Simon - Great protagonist from a great show. He gets some pretty nice development throughout the series and it's interesting to see him change, plus he gets ridiculously badass in the latter half of the series. The Gurren-dan truly wouldn't be what it is without him. Claire - Second person in a row with Claire in their favourites as well. Still need to see more of Baccano! to know him. Dr. Stein - Quite possibly my favourite character from Soul Eater, he's got a great personality and design and a few of the later episodes that focus on his mentality are some of the best in the series. I'm a sucker for insane characters anyway. Ryuuji - From what I've seen of Toradora! so far, he seems pretty likeable as far as male protagonists go. Many of them tend to be complete douches or weaklings, so it's good to see someone who can stand up for themselves without being a dick. |
| Seasonreaper! Well here goes, I can really only comment on four Holo (Horo?) Oh yes yes. Probably one of the few characters that can walk around nekid and get away with it. Because it's just natural to her. Horo has an awesome true form too. Would of liked to see more of that form, especially in the 2nd series. But her *wise* side was what won me over I guess. Also the memory of Lawrence patting her head and Horo soooo acting with a natural doggy/wolf like reaction Cute++++ . There was a part in the 2 series where she lost alot of points from me, but she somewhat regained a few afterwards by returning to her wise self again to continue the rest of the series. The start of the 2nd season I thought, if theres one character than can catch Senjougahara whos leading my character of the year award, it would be Horo. But those lost points had her falling short of that title. Claes I dont remember much about her. But from what I do remember she was somewhat flawed and pretty much stayed at base. She seemed to be the most level headed out of all the girls too. She commonly used the Styre AUG, thats all I remember >< Teppelin, Nia I didn't really like her that much but I hear that shes quite popular with the fans. I don't want to say too much about her for spoiler reasons, but you know what I am talking about. It's just I can think of many characters like/similar to her, who I've liked better. In my opinion of course. and lastly! I saved this one for last ^_^ Inaba, Reisen Udongein Touhou!!! I have a really big interest in Touhou yet all I know about it is from youtube, the mangas and website information/forum posts. I guess after reading the mangas I've really liked some of the characters very much. Reisen is amung my top favourits. Reisen, Marisa, Reimu, Yukari and Suika are my most liked characters. Maybe Sakuya in there too O_O After reading Inaba of the Moon and Inaba of the Earth, I really feel for Reisen, always being tricked and punished. She wasn't as powerful as I thought she would be, but her dress standard looks funny, cool and unique. I also want to learn more about her ability with the glowing red eyes (supposely some ability to cause tempory insaneness in oponents from what I understand). Opps I've talked to much. Riesen+++++ ^_^ I dont really want to play a space game, but maybe someday I'll try that fighting one |

Everyone likes a badass that doesn't even try to be a badass Maes - SO SAD! i would sat he was a very necessary character edward elric - i dont know i thought he was a great character but something about him didn't make me like him as much as others Saber - don't remember much about her but it was an amazing anime Senjougahara - i loved they way she progressed through the anime. and of course who can say no to a girl that tries to kill you with school supplies unfortunately those are the only characters i know |

For me he's emo Batman xD The way he ended up was sad :( Another thing is that it too me quite some time to learn to write his name correctly. Natsu Dragneel He's pretty similar to Luffy from One Piece. I find this character truly entertaining for a main character and he's one of the main reasons that I enjoy Fairy Tail. Of course I love the usage of the fire element. I am quite looing forward to learn more about his past - I have to wait though because I don't follow the manga. Heiwajima Shizuo I like this character a lot as well. He is Insane with a capital "I" xD I like his strength. The use of vending machines never had been so entertaining until he came along. I felt sorry for him for what happened a while ago in Durarara!! but he won't lose to anything of course. Looking forward to see what he's going to do next! I'm sorry but I don't know the rest. |
| @schul370 Spike Spiegel: Great character! Love his fighting style, his humor, and his attitude. He's very sexy and a very unique, awesome character. Vash the Stampede: Haven't seen Trigun, but I know he's a well-liked character. He seems a little silly to me at times, but I've also seen him look pretty badass. Mugen: Oh, I love Samurai Champloo! Though, I do prefer Jin more, but Mugen made me laugh so hysterically multiple times. And he's got one of the most unique fighting styles. Alucard: Who doesn't love Alucard, he's awesome. End of story. Ulquiorra Cifer: I don't really have a problem with Ulquiorra, but he is far from being one of my favorites from Bleach. I don't really like the quiet, stoic types all that much. But he does fill his part in the anime very well. Natsu Dragneel: Never seen this anime, and this doesn't seem like a character I would like. Just from pictures, he reminds me of a Naruto-type character, which is a turn-off. Mina Tepes: Another anime I haven't seen, but I love her name. Tepes coming from the "first vampire" Vlad Tepes III, a.k.a. Dracula, and Mina coming from Bram Stoker's Dracula. Ikaros: Very moe, and cute. I haven't seen this anime, but she looks adorable. A little emotionless too though, which isn't a fetish of mine. Heiwajima Shizuo: Another anime I've been meaning to watch, and out of all the characters I've seen from Durarara!, he's the one that looks the coolest. I'd be interested to get to know his character better. |

He's always badass and serious yet unintentionally becomes comical in everyday situations. Ranma: Hot female self. Just a little annoyed at his jerk like attitude at times. Stein: Okay character.
