What would you feel if Iwasawa was temporarily/permanently replaced by Yui?
| - - - - - Warning: Spoilers Ahead - - - - - - I just watched this episode and I fins it so sad about Iwasawa disappearing. Where could she have gone?? I know some of you will say :Everything will be explained in the next episodes" but It's just so frustrating that it tickles my curiosity! Is Iwasawa really taken by Angel? She said something before she diappeared "Just as I was saved, I'll save someone like this" ...?? I'd like to think that she was in a coma and she finally woke up to "save" a certain person. But that is purgatory right? so I guess she finally accepts her death? Otonashi said that "to 'disappear', you have to obey Angel and lead a normal student life" Does "disappear" mean finally going to Heaven?? I'm a catholic so yeah this is my assumptions haha. What do you guys think? |

| When I first saw the episode, I was like, All right, a GirlsDeMo episode! Then when I saw the end, it kinda depressed me and made me sad since Iwasawa is one of my fav characters in the series. T-T I hope she didn't get taken by Angel and didn't go to heaven (though that might be better for her to continue her music...?) cause I want to hear GirlsDeMo continue to have concerts. I rather her come back near the end of the series, in a surprise-like kinda of way. But...I just want to see the next episode and how the story will keep going. |

| I honestly don't know how well Yui will be as a replacement singer..I'm pretty sure that's what will happen since Iwasawa is gone now. I'm pretty sure Iwasawa wasn't taken by Angel..Iwasawa gave in, or realized something and moved on. It's like she found her reason for living, it was to play music to save someone who might have had the same feeling she had while she was living in that situation with her parents; the way Sad Machine saved her with their music. I'm one of the people who believe that these characters aren't actually "dead"..that maybe they're in a "coma" or something. There's a lot of things pointing to that, like how Iwasawa was in the hospital bed, but it didn't show her die per se. They didn't show Yuri dying either. Also, Angel "Beats", it has EKG beats throughout the OP..the beats show that there are still heart beats/they're still alive I think. Sooo I don't think Iwasawa accepted her death, but maybe woke up from her coma. Also, I hope I'm not crushing your hopes Rand0mless, but I'm pretty sure Iwasawa isn't coming back. They cut her out of the ED sequence, and put in "Christ". It wouldn't make sense to bring her back into it. |
| You know that's a great analysis! XD Angel BEATS... I think Iwasawa woke from a coma or something too. But isn't it too sudden to actually take a character and not just a supporting but a 'Semi-lead' character out of the cast? And yeah if she did wake up, does that mean we're gonna see her "new" life... It's just too much of a shock for me really haha and I meant being "taken away by angel" is that Ange; finally pulled some strings for her, because Iwasawa finally got to the other option -- Otonashi said it's either "obey angel and be a normal student: or the other way.... can't wait for the next episode :) Key people are geniuses |
| Yeah, I kinda realized something like that would happen, but it's good to dream...? Well, that episode is a great one and the concert was epic to me, so it's all good. I still this fan club for GirlsDeMo. |

| Hrm..yeah it did seem kind of sudden that they took out one of the "semi-lead" characters..but I think that's kinda interesting, keeping us on our toes cuz I'm sure no one expected it. Surprises help keep animes interesting. Plus the show's only 13 episodes..I'm pretty sure more characters will be disappearing, so they only have so much time to have people disappear and such. Hmm..maybe in the end, when they reveal the truth of things, maybe they'll show a quick flash of everyone in their awakened states or something..but I don't think they have enough air time to go into depth of her later on though :/ Hmm yeah I don't know if Angel had anything to do with her disappearance..or if there's some other way they can disappear..Yuri/Otonashi kinda hint that they know what the other way is..maybe they'll tell us in the next episode..or later on. I'm pretty sure Yui will step up so we'll get more GirlsDeMo action, but probably not as much as we'd hope >_< |

| lol I always thought TK was American or something until I saw that his voice actor was Japanese. He kinda sounds like the announcer guy on DDR or Stepmania. (to me) |
