I remember the golden age of Pokemons, and little quarrels with my twin sister about which Pokemon is stronger - Arcanine or Ninetales.

Since Vulpix and Ninetales were her favorite Pokemons, she always cheered for Ninetales, tough it was more because of its looks, but then again it was the same for me.

Remember the legendary first Opening with giant Arcanine (I really wonder why there wasn't any as big as it in series) who looked so brave, powerful, fluffy, and the very idea about canine being using flames was cool as hell.
And no, then I didn't really know much about other similar creatures.

So, who do you think wins?

Btw, Arcanine was my favorite Pokemon before I started being obsessed by Psajdak.

Ninetales duh! Even though Arcananine has superior atk and spd Ninetales has greater def and spl def also I think spl atk but not sure.

NINETALES FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm talking about anime.

I played Ruby, Saphire, Emerald, and I think Leaf Green on emulator, but I don't know much about their statuses.

Maybe I should buy myself GBA, or DS, or even PSP with GBA emulator, for I've heard that playing on console >>>>>>> playing on emulator.

Definitely Arcanine. So adorably fluffy, and stronger than Ninetales. Although the latter is still a good pokemon.

It's called :approve smillie, and is usually used for expressing arrogance, or just Jack Nicholson post.

Now, why is it green...

Well, Rayquaza admittedly was one of the two legendaries I ever used in my life. I used Palkia as well. Not because it was good. I was just getting too lazy coming to the end of Pearl to raise anything else.

Suicune, Raikou, and Entei are nothing more than just a pale copies of Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres.

Arcanine beats Ninetales in the game both move-wise and stat-wise.

But in the show Arcanine is just some big furry dog while Ninetales is an ancient powerful internet browser used by a large percentage of the population.

That's why you don't use a fire attack. You use Extremespeed (a powerful normal-type attack with priority to counter Ninetails' superior speed) with a choice band (to boost Arcanine already beastly base 110 attack) to defeat it.

On the bench where they belong. I despise people who used all their legendaries and laughed when I would take out my Golem. Fuck people who don't like Golem, he's worth trading a lvl. 78 Raticate for.
