| Man, this show is seriously heart wrenching and often heart breaking, takes you through a roller coaster of emotions. Comfortably superior to the 2nd season. |
| The episode ended, on a sad, rather depressing note. That's a first. At first I was like, "AGAIN??" But it becomes plausible when you learn that the real life horse broke its leg three times as well. And also the difference here from when she previously broke her leg, or like when Suzuka broke hers, is that they really seem to have nailed the situation feeling hopeless, at least imo. Like idk, they really made me feel like she really is never going to race again, no power of friendship or anything is going to save her this time. I'm 99% sure they're going to find some way to heal her again and win whatever race happens in the final episode, but I legitimately feel that there is a chance that Tokai Teio is done for good this time. And if they do go that route, I have to applaud them for it, and give it a score higher than I was initially intending to give it. Because that'd take some balls. |

| Really unfortunate. I expected to have a Tokai Teio focused storyline on the last few episodes.. But not in this manner. Like a prince that didn't get their rightfully earned crown, watching as their kingdom falls into ashes. |
