| This has never been revealed because it's possible to be completely non-gender-specific in Japanese and it kinda bugs me, so I was wondering what people thought. Any ideas? Personally I think he/she is a girl due to pink hair and robe/dress. |

| in the sub version i have there are parts where medusa calls her , her daughter and tahts what i was kinda guessing the whole time to, but the subs could be wrong i dunno i hear that in the dub version they are voicing crona as a guy so i dunno, |

| I'm pretty confused about it too, but I'm going for girl, even though in her first apperance she stated she gets nervous when conversing with girls... And they seemed to call her a 'he' at first... But I mean, she does wear a dress, and the little black thing that comes out her back tried to lift it up, didn't it? Plus, chaper 60 she's seen naked holding a towel over her 'breasts'. I vote female. Or maybe both male AND female.... |

| Ohoho I love this question C: simply because no one really knows the answer to it! I thought that he/she was a boy at first, but now I'm at episode 32, and I'm pretty sure that he/she is a girl. But I agree with the post further up that said that Crona is genderless xD |

| This thing is 'boku' is hardly ever used by girls. True, it's not impossible just very uncommon for a girl to use 'boku' to refer to herself. It's way more common for males to do so. But since even the Ohkubo doesn't even know Crona gender. Crona could either be a 'he' or a 'she'. |

Watching Episode 7(English version) now and Maka and soul has said many times than i can count "That Dude","That Guy","Him", or"His". In the subs it's the same refering to crona as a male. Edit:In the Preview for the next episode on the english track crona said "Do all girls shout this much" O.O |

| I vote girl. Pinkish-purple hair. Dress-like attire. And "Crona" just sounds like a girl's name. However, in the dub Crona is referred to as a "he", but I heard they made Crona a male by default because he/she is truly genderless. But I still think girl. |
