| Totally forgot that this comes out today. Should've set up a calendar reminder or something. Ahhh I missed this OP. Love it so much. We still don't know Lunch Rush's quirk after all these years. I suppose It'll remain a mystery until the end. Oh, a callback to season 2! From the wiki: "Despite his victory, Tenya is upset with Mei for tricking him. She apologizes for using him to advertise her equipment, although she doesn't shows real remorse for it. Tenya rejects her apology and tells her that he hates her. Izuku takes notes on Mei's persistence from the stands." I loved All Might going up against the dog lol. Midoriya being so moved by that actually makes me feel sad, considering All Might lost all his power. Love the ED too :') This was fun! 7/10 |

| It reminded me so many battles memories and the time deku and bakugo ai fought with eacher other then both midoriya and bakugo said that these versions are from there past selfs and I kinda wanted to see how would the ai think will win but it ended in a drew. |

| So i'm guessing this non canon ova is set around/after season 5, it was decent overall but the dialogue felt off for sure, animation was surprisingly nice solid 5/10 |

| @Embient Yeah i saw that but i also noticed how Deku interacted with everybody, he's still supposed to be gloomy/traumatized after what happened in S6 I don't think even Bones care when this ova take place, its just a 20 mins ad after all |

| It would have been better if Horikoshi had actually portrayed this as a computer simulation rather than a card game. Because almost all the matches except the final were random and simple. |

| Kind of disappointed in the character choices for everyone. First off we see Midoriya play, and he does play himself. That's so out of character. The fanboy would be gushing over the opportunity to use others powers and experiment with teams. I would think Bakugo would be a top pick for him, but then you see Kirishima go for a duo, and he does use his own card, but WTF is that pairing choice. I wanted to see Mina Ashido, but nope, lame ass, fake ass, Kirishima picking his duo at random instead of a personal connection or synergistic ability. Then finally we see Bakugo, and even more than seeing Midoriya use Bakugo, I wanted to see the reverse. Never considered that All Might was in the game, so the logical thing for Bakugo was to pick the strongest quirks. I would think he'd acknowledge that Midoriya has the strongest quirk and then pick him. Sadly that did not happen, and his picking of All Might, which essentially would amount to the same thing, ended up being random.... He didn't even pick All Might because he had the best power in Bakugo's eyes. He picked him because he got lucky... I like the idea for this episode a lot, but the people deciding the specifics just didn't put much into it. These decisions were bad. |
