Would you like to see an anime for Otouto no Otto?

Do you think Otouto no Otto could get an anime? I hope it does because it's really cute story and it showcases LGBTQ+ issues in Japan!

their sales are good, they are also got many awards... the problem is i don't think this either has wide public appeal, or get provoke niche market fanbase either... stuff like this rarely get anime adaptation... if it does, usually obsecure movie/short/ova/ona that rarely subbed (waiting days for DJ agetarou subs T_T). i would love to see this, but i wouldn't expect much...

I don't mind if it got an ONA adaptation, I just want this work got animated:')

While I enjoyed the manga greatly, I don't feel like it'd be adapted, it's not impossible, but basing it off of Japan and LGBT a series would be kind of out of the picture, maybe an ONA like people mention, but it is also extremely niche for a Japanese audience

Actually, there's a 3-part live action made by NHK. No english subs until today tho :/ (except for episode 1)

It's a good manga, but if you're interested in an anime based on it, you first need to think about what its target audience will be and how successful it will be. Is it enough to interest producers?
