Guys, this looks like Seven Arcs. They currently have an anime airing called Failure Frame. Might not be, but the art style is very similar especially the colors.

Yeah I definitely agree. All of the characters have weird proportions in this visual. Especially the girls since you can see their legs. Ayanokouji looks way off too.

@MineFord_gurme Kadokawa has been investing in Doga Kobo productions and just recently acquired them. Not saying that means it will happen, but certainly is not impossible.
