| @AMBITZZ well that is along story. The short version is that Nasu is the lead writer idea guy so all these type moon works are part of the multiverse called the Nasuverse. It originally started with Garden of Sinners which was a LN he wrote, then the made Tsukihime dark gothic vampire mystery VN which expanded on elements first conceived in the garden of sinners namely mystic eyes, the root of Akansha and so on. Tsukihime also introduces Dead Apostles and True Ancestors which are essentially vampires. Witch on the Holy Night is where a lot of the mages lore was conceived but it didn't release to the public till a lot later. Then we get to Fate, and again it builds off of the previous elements. Garden of Sinners and Tsukihime had proto Reality Marbles so Fate expands on Reality Marbles. The grail also serves as a means to the root. Fate introduces the holy grail war and heroic spirits. So all and all there's a lot of overlapping ideas and elements. |
