| ohhohhh this episode had me fucking hyped at the end won't lie. Like they said, this mission is the supposed one to end this war so they are practically the entire empire. Now thats fucking pressure if ive ever heard any, Tanya the evil, she has an entire saga about her, she was nicknamed the "Devil of the Rhine", she's a profound mage with an ace squadron medal at the age of 9, being the leader of the first "first response mage special ops" team that require elite training. You'd think that someone with those titles who could be considered "evil personified" could look death in the eyes and spit in them. However, theres one. One person that can scare even Tanya. The fucking scientist. 11:30 that wasn't just a "yelp" she made, that was the sound of the PTSD of "getting blown up a couple thousand times due to magic gem malfunction" and "being used as a literal living crash dummy" kicking in. I won't lie it was fucking cute as shit to see Tanya be so scared about ones presence and definitely one i did not expect to be seeing |

| Pretty much a setup episode for the next one with only a little bit of fighting going on. Let the havoc begin. |
| I did like the remark that Tanya will teach God "free market principles". LOL Great to see the crazy scientist again! |

| Until the after-credits scene, I didn't really have anything to comment on. Now, though... So, the whole reason Teyanen was writhing in agony was due to a rotten potato? Damn. Who would have thought potatoes could be a bigger peril to Tanya's men than enemy soldiers? |
| She sights previous historical events presumably, I guess they happened in this universe as well . They need a paradigm shift. Heavy losses. She chills in the air to think in direct view of the enemy. She claims they have no reason to feel responsible for their own decisions and actions. They laugh, surrounded by the dying. The doctor returns. The future of warfare. They will be the first humans to break the sound barrier. The future of the war once again rests in their hands. If there will be a single L it will happen here. But it is possible there will be none. They launch. 3 |
| Riding medium range ballistic missiles(?!) was quite unexpected. I thought they would ride them Dr Strangelove style, but somehow that mad doctor designed them to be manned. Well, at least they do not have nuclear warheads yet. We all know they'd use them, and Tanya would tell them how to make the nuke strikes appear legit. All to get a cushy job and own X... |
