I search my wallpapers on Konachan.net
You can click on "advanced" search and set it so as it only shows pics of a specific size (it can be an exact size or bigger/smaller than a size) and you can add any other tags you want

I tend to go to Zerochan for practically ALL my anime picture/wallpaper needs.

Of course, I also tend to use just plain 'ol Google and Tumblr as well, so.
