How often do you pick an anime you're certain is bad and won't enjoy?
| I picked rarely, but I never actually watch something I am certain I will not enjoy. There are some shows I think I won't like, but I watch it hoping that I am wrong and I actually like it - usually these are shows within my favorite genres, but have a few things that makes me think I won't like it. So I am not certain I won't enjoy it, but usually I do end up not liking it after all and drop the show. Other than that, I watched a few shows I know will be bad but I expect to enjoy it even if not in a way it intended to be. Things like Ex Arm that are so bad it's funny. |

It depends on what you define as "bad" and "boring/unenjoyable".
For me, bad does not equal boring all the time, however, a boring anime is always bad.
This is just me tho, just my perspective.

I mean, you cannot always be certain which bad show will entertain you or not. I agree that there are shows that are bad but can be entertaining, like the ones you mentioned, but there shows that are bad and not entertaining, like Angels of Death. You just gamble I guess

| I used to try bad shows to try to expand my taste and appreciate good shows more, but now I just find it stupid. There are so many actually good shows out there and I don't have much time anyway so its just a waste. |
