Sanji says it's how he was raised but I bet his naughty thoughts are doing 99% of the reasoning... after all, Robin is facing years of torture while Sanji is making heart eyes and tea at the enemy. I hope Sanji grows at some point but if this didn't do it maybe nothing will. I was hoping Nami would ask if he'd let her die to keep his chivalry. Is Nami gonna fight the woman? Or chopper? I wanna see the perfect climate rod in action... and I think chopper would also hesitate to hit a woman, I can't remember chopper ever hitting a woman. Chopper shape shifting abilities seem suited to handle tentacle hair man. |

So Chimney’s found the route to the gates of justice, Nami has key number 3 and Franky seems to have no problem fighting Mr Chapapa. Meanwhile Luffy is about drown, Sanji is beaten to a pulp and Zoro + Ussop seem to be having fun. Lol
I’m not sure how Nami intends on fighting Kalifa, but this should be interesting.. maybe Chopper will have to fight again?

| so that's the ploy Oda came up with to subvert the technical superiority the core group of Cp9 enjoys.Prepare a happy go lucky attitude confronting each other to create a level playing field while covering the (un)funny tropes of the crew so the audience zeroes in on that and in the midst of it scatter hints that the crew actually have a upper hand for reasons !! On how the water7 played out i hoped this would transcend the showdown of Alabasta ,disapponting to say the least. |
| I'm surprised that the 1v1 showdowns of the strawhats vs. CP9 haven't all been that exciting, and if all Sanji does when confronted by a female enemy is to prioritize his stupid chivalry, go heart-eyes all over, and let them beat him up, i hope he never fights a woman 1v1 ever again. It gets 1) annoying and 2) boring very quickly. |

| Tough start for our team. Luffy drowning (hopefully kid and rabbit can save him). Zoro and Usopp locked together. And sanji with the worst possible matchup. Good steal by Nami vs hair dude including a good hit by chopper. But Nami going 1v1 vs that girl will be tough. You know one the few times Nami has said she liked and attribute Sanji. I am curious if there ever will be a straw hat relationship. Sanji and Nami are only ones I could see. I don’t think it will happen, but I wonder if one of these days sanji will get a girl. |
