| It was really nice seeing Psyduck and Haru bond together this episode. Haru demonstrated her kindness by showing the shy psyduck that it's psychic powers weren't just a nuisance but could be used to help out instead. There was some nice comedy with Haru's poorly drawn pikachu, her inner negative thoughts, and the scenes with psyduck at the end such as when they were eating. I came to appreciate the textures on all the different objects this episode - the different types of fluff and plastic on the different Pokemon really accentuate the pros of this art style. |

| I'm really starting to get into Haru as a character. Also, Psyduck is a good choice for her as a Pokemon. Gives you a nice change of pace from it being a Pikachu. |

| Haru really has been unlucky recently, haha. Even on the literal paradise she had to encounter unexpected difficulties and surprises. Luckily, she managed to overcome them, fix everything, and meet a new friend! :D |

| Despite Haru having difficulties adjusting initially, I'm glad she managed to get through these problems just fine. And I think a Psyduck is a nice choice of Pokemon for her, all too often we do get Pikachu being the Pokemon to represent the main character but here I think having a Psyduck with Haru is a nice chance of pace. She's literally got a new friend there. Quite a lot of comedy moments here with the poorly drawn Pikachu, Haru's invasive thoughts even when she was bonding with the Psyduck at the end when it was getting the sweets out of the can so fast. God the textures on the sand, the trees, the sea and even the fur on the Pokemon in particular is making me appreciate the art stuff a whole lot. |
