| You know, I never thought I'll find an anime like this, where every episode, I'm just engrossed in it. Would the word "Peak" fit here? Because that is what this anime is. Peak. I cannot wait for when season two comes and I'm going to read the manga. |

| Zom 100 done. I absolutely loved it. Kind of funny that it was less of a zombie show and more of “finding happiness in life” with a zombie backdrop. I loved the main cast and the adventure. It was very wholesome and also deals with a lot of themes I think a lot of people, myself included, could relate to with bad jobs and failing to find purpose in life. But also it gives you so much hope for the future as well. It’s never too late to change and chase your dreams. Sometimes all you need to do is ask for help. The animation was good overall, though maybe a bit too much panning shots in the final set of episodes (probably due to the production). Speaking of the production, I hope the staff wasn’t like Akira was in the beginning at his hell job with trying to meet all those deadlines. Hopefully it was more like “oh we’re not gonna make the deadline so we’ll just push it out until it’s ready” and less like “omg we need to work 11 hour days until it’s done”. I haven’t heard any chatter from Bug Films staff unlike MAPPA staff for example, so I hope that’s a good sign…. Anyways, from a joy perspective, this was one of my favorite shows from last year. It is ridiculous most of the time, but the reflections on life I thought were handled really well and I think that’s the strength of this show. So I’m feeling pretty comfortable giving this a 9/10. |
| This whole anime was such a surprise, i've missed good Zombie anime...i mean at least some Zombie anime, not like we've been having much of that. But i absolutely loved this, the comic scenes and the action/serious moments are so good, and the animation is top-tier. I hope for a 2S but until that, i will read the manga. Zom100 is at least a 9/10 for me, loved it and hope for more! |

...so... can understand hating the main villain, even if i couldn't for personal reasons that i'm responsible for since when i was young and without blaming society in general, and even if the evil plan still has no justifications. Oh, well, Akira's apparently doomed father didn't die, nice. Even if the build up for what seemed a fatal condition was all for nothing except for the sake of a dumb joke, and even the make-up at the very last moment from before seemed very unrealistic. Kencho's cringe naked comedic routines will never be funny yeah, agree hard about this detail. On the plus side... no forced romance between the main four people, the brief scenes of previously met characters still alive (too bad they appeared during the OP return because i just don't like the song), and Bea in general even if she had her debut a little too late and still seemed more likable than Akira, Kencho and Shizuka. 7/10, don't expect a season 2 and if this is the anime adaptation end, i'm ok with it. |

I really loved that show. As I'm typing this, I'm a NEET myself, and I totally related to all the bad guys' motivations, especially the last one. I used to see the world as a pretty bleak place, but now I realize I made some wrong choices. It's hard not to feel envious of everyone else when I look outside. Watching anime is my way of escaping reality, and shows like this one hit me right in the feels. Even though I've recognized my flaws, I still lack the strength or will to improve myself. Physically, I'm a 30-year-old, 95kg guy with about 20% grey hair. People mistake me for someone much older, calling me "uncle," and mentally, I still feel like a 13-year-old kid. These days, I feel like I have to binge-watch anime just to distract myself from my own dark thoughts, and nothing brings me the same joy it used to. My main goal for this year is just to find any kind of job, start establishing a routine, and eat healthier. It might sound simple, but for me, it's a real challenge. Still, I hold onto the hope that one day I'll find true happiness in life. |

| It was okay. I would've liked it more if it were more serious but since this is a zomcom my expectations were low to begin with. I think Ionliosite2's review has summed it well when he says people like the idea of escapism. And this is true for Akira's character since his whole ordeal was self-inflicted therefore he didn't need a zombie apocalypse but it's a good excuse. I just wish there was more to the show then just completing a to-do list. I think High School of the dead did a better job in this case if you ignore all the ecchi stuff. The characters were alright but I feel like they don't really have purpose. However, it was still interesting and somewhat funny. Also, I don't like Akira's carefree nature but he makes a good protagonist. |

| So the end pretty much played out as you would assume, villagers were saved and antagonists turned into zombies. Overall this anime definitely fell short of my expectations. Aside from the fact that the characters didn't really click with me, the world was just too weird. People would never behave like that in a real zombie apocalypse and the show never really knew it if wanted people getting turned into zombies be comedic or serious. In the first place I have no idea how the zombie apocalypse even got to that stage. As we could see a bunch of old men with hunting rifles could already take out a bunch of zombies by themselves, so the military or police force should easily be able to put a stop to the pandemic, but they were nowhere to be seen. 6/10 |
| Lol.. so Akira's dad will be fine :D. This was a lot of fun to watch! Zom 100 was BUG FILMS studio very first project and I think they did a pretty good job! Hopefully we get a S2 someday! |

| To plain and over hyped, the story kind of boring and ridiculous and finally the first anime zombie theme that I want the mc to turn zombie, well at first seeing the preview of the anime from yt already made me think this anime is that bad but choose to watch it first to see if it really that bad and damn is really despise of zombie anime, don't know why it can get pretty high rate maybe because of those sexy outfit but I will rate it 4 for real |

| Zombie genres are always fun, it's fun to watch but I don't think the comedy is very strong... They thinks Kenchou going naked in every episode is funny... But it's getting annoying... First time he goes naked are truly funny, and that's all. When they make us think Akira's dad having a serious illness... Turn out to be a butt related illness.... Why he coughs blood before?.... Well, hoping for a season 2 and I'm still wondering how people turn into zombies all the sudden while some are not. |

| I like how it showed happy results for all the people they encountered. Though I don't remember the first group they showed. Usually in zombie type media they go a vs people or vs zombies route. This show just uses the theme and is more about self enrichment. Good show. Very pretty looking overall. |

What a deserving end for him, even though, for a VERY brief second (VERY brief) I actually felt a little sorry for him. Akari's dad dying of hemorrhoids. Hilarious! | I'm reading so many people and reviews talk about the Zombie aspect of the show... How he's being unrealistic on surviving the apocalypse, etc... and I honestly wonder... Do these people not realize that the Zombies are irrelevant? The Zombies are basically a representation of ALL the negativity that happens in the real world, from wars to crime... Things that have already 'ruined' the world. Are you going to let these overwhelming world destruction that you don't have any power to fix destroy your life? This isn't a Zombie show... its basically a self help guide... |

| The whole stuff with Higurashi was just stupid tbh. Yes yes you just wanted to be happy, but that doesn't mean we could just forget what he and his gang did. This arc was painful to watch lol, Akira's moral compass is all over the place, the guy was going to massacre the whole village and he just forgave him like that. 7/10 |

I'm surprised there is not much people here commenting on this line. like wtf yea i did not like kencho at all, he was annoyingly weird other than that tho the series is ok, it's not to bad, pretty decent for what it was, quite a goofy and fun zombie adventure. It goes by pretty fast kinda wish there had been more eps well here is to hoping for another season for more eps. |
