I honestly did not see this coming. Season 1 ended like a closed ending. I know there's more source material but I thought the anime portion was done. Either way I'm excited for S2 I enjoyed this series.

I enjoyed s1, but the ending was kinda bad imo. I'm surprised there is season 2 coming but it would be better if season 1 was more tragic and with no continuations. Hyped for s2!!

Yes. I actually thought this anime would be on those lists of great anime with just one season.

I should be surprised but, I'm not. Why would studio waste time adapting something actually good when they can just do this crap over and over again at low cost.

i mean, I really liked the first season, but i was fine with the ending we got. it was a closed case (no pun intended) for me. is there really enough stuff to adapt to make a second season with?

8 volumes worth, season 1 only covered volume 1. Tho I agree, even tho I really enjoyed this, theres part of me that wishes the adaptation ended at just season 1 cuz theres no way they will adapt the story in it’s entirety.

Did not see it coming either. I really like the first two thirds but disliked the end, like many other watchers.
I'll give it a shot if it manages to come back to the crazyness of the first half of season 1.

After seeing how the first season ended, I didn't expect it would get a second one. But here we are, I think it's good that we can see more from this anime.

The series had huge potential but it felt like a rush mess with a 12 eps length it should have been 25 a min, im very surprised that it got a 2nd season ill be curious what theyll do with it.

They just need a lot of money... from their own pockets... or someone funded it...
It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

I promote this series's continual, which is what I'd like to state before I tell my feelings on the sequel. Honestly, I didn't quite expect Sabikui Bisco to have a season 2. And it's quite affirmative that most good anime series out there don't even get a sequel, so I'm surprised about it if you perceive that in this aspect. I do sound quite skeptical, But yeeeahhhhh I'm psyched for this.

I'm surprised because I thought season 1's ending was terrible, and because I thought it ended at a good point where the story was "finished" and they didn't need to continue.

I really enjoyed season 1 (until the end). It was just so bizarre, but I liked Bisco.

Was season one faithful to the light novel and how much it adapted?

I'm not surprised really, Season 1 covered the first light novel, there's like eight more of them and they sell well in Japan, so that's incentive to make a Season 2.

I'm so excited!!!!

Same, it didn't feel like it needed a season 2 since they weapped up everything nicely in season 1, but I'm definitely not complaining. I really enjoyed both the world and the characters, so I happy we will get to see more of them :D (Maybe it will be like the season 2 of OPM or Kekkai Sensen, where isntead of having a new story with an endboss, we just focus on the daily lives of individual characters?)

I'm genuinely surprised, but would like to see if Bisco gets both siblings or if that pink haired girl gets a chance with the doctor

Yeah, didn't expect another season, seemed like it kind of flopped, also like it did everything it set to do and had a pretty decent ending too... Weird and surprising. But hey, more of miss captain is always welcome

I was genuinely expecting this anime to not be popular enough to get a second season, I audibly gasped when I accidentally passed by the season 2 announcement

extremely. but seems like the studio had already planned on creating a season 2, there can be no other reason for it then.

The end of an era. Thank you Wit, Mappa and Isayama.
Feeling half happy, half sad.
