| Cool opening. Rest of the first episode was action-packed, seems like the police will be the bad guys. And our female protagonist together with the cool, black-haired, generic-looking badass will fight against them. |
| Akane managed to lower the threat level there, so I'd consider that a good job. Obviously shooting one of your own guys and blocking their shots makes things a bit messy though. I'm watching the extended version, so am just going to go out on a limb and assume the first 23 minutes are the first episode. |

I know that I could already tell it from the ranking and members, but I feel like I'm gonna LOVE this anime, I'm really curious what's gonna happen next (& in the end) AND I managed not to spoil myself on a popular anime <3 truly a miracle <3 |
| It seems ok. It should've better explained the concepts used throughout, but hopefully it does that later. Characters seem cliche and not too unique. I was expecting more, but hopefully it should be better in the later episodes considering how praised this anime is. |
| Oh my fucking God, I can't believe Ling Tosite Sigure are the ones singing the opening. For some reason I never knew abnormalize was the OP for Psycho-Pass, and this fact made me fall in love with the anime from the first minute literally. I can't talk enough about how great Ling Tosite Sigure are. I also need to mention that the other OSTs used in the first episode well insanely good too, and the EP is also fabulous. For now though, let's stick to talking about the anime. The setting seems to be sometime in 22nd century, so a futuristic world but close enough for it to be relatable, the best kind in my opinion. Various robots are featured and certain dark turns in societal norms as a trial to strive for perfect peace and equality, something not as incredible and unbelievable, it might really happen in the next 100 years, who knows. Me, personally, I think this type of futuristic setting that is highly relatable is very good for stimulating critical and rational thinking about certain topics and enhances the immersiveness of the world itself. I love the scene of counter standing if I may say so of what looks like will be the main protagonist and antagonist in this anime. It made me realize how much I enjoy the character design here, I found each character shown so far insanely well design, and it's incredible how unique everything looks, even though it's somehow familiar. The antagonist also looks phenomenal to me. The whole scene reminded me of the scenes with L and Kira opposing each other in Death Note, while the character design as a whole reminded me of the character designs from Tokyo Ghoul, although they are quite different at first glance I think, I'll have to look into that some more. I also have to point out the incredible psychological and philosophical theme of having aligned thoughts at all times, and following a societal norm under insane pressure because of the possible repercussions. It also dives in the theme of writing off humans as something, labeling if one wishes to call it so, based on certain aspects perceived at first glance. While the futuristic theme brings in the topics of enhancing privacy intrusion because of increasing governmental and state control of its people and this control being used to enforce a certain state of maximum efficiency functionality of the world, on paper. In other words, I can't describe in enough words how hyped I am for this anime as I think it's a formidable creation from all the possible points of view, starting with brilliant animation for what the anime is aiming for and unique personality based character design (I'd say), and finishing with thought provoking well formulated and presented philosophical topics. |

| well, it seems alright , it didnt blew my mind or anything it was just ok. I hope it gets better , i have had high expectations for this show for quite a while , hopefully it pulls together. The plot doesnt seem original to me , but love the cyberpunk vibes. The guns, the outifts, the dark cuberpunk vibes really draws you in tho.. |
