I need a good wizard anime!!!

I am looking for a anime like overlord where the main character is a wizard/mage but doesnt use a sword like all the other kinights
kinda just like a pure mage type kinda dnd style
any recommendation is great :D

I haven't see overlord so I don't know if this is going to be what you're looking for, but all the following series have wizards/witches/magicians as their main characters (and I don't think they ever use a sword):

The Dawn of the Witch (fantasy,adventure)
