I mean, you don’t really have to if you don’t want to. And I did say “most” people and not “all” people. But anyway, you say it’s bad cause it’s quirky but what do you want it to do if not quirky? Are the characters not supposed to have differences that make them unique, different, and interesting? Do you want them to just copy and paste the same thing over and over?

Characters are supposed to have quirks. You seemed to liked cowboy bepop and edge runners. Didn’t those two do the same thing? Have characters with unique personality traits to make them “quirky”. It’s fine to not like the characters and you can say that but it’s dumb to not like it because it decided to have different and unique characters, lmao

And lastly, you say gimmicky but every anime on the planet is gimmicky. You never specify what gimmick you dislike either. Cowboy bepop used “gimmicks”, cyberpunk edgrunners used “gimmicks”. If you dislike gimmicks then why like shows with them?

You can say you don’t like a show but at least give an actual reason to dislike it
