What's this blue cat/dog/fox/tanuki thing I keep seeing?
It's obnoxiously blue and has no ears. I don't know if it's from an anime or a manga so you can move this if you need to but I'd like to know what it is :D

A couple anime sites I visit had it in their layouts or in banners but they didn't say what it was from. Since then I've seen it maybe twenty or thirty times.

It's both a manga and an anime (really long, for both), and it's pretty good (imo).
