Do you ever double check if the episode count on a streaming site is accurate, compared to the Mal listing? (IE: An OVA being counted as another episode on a streaming site)
| Like how do you make sure you're adding everything you're watching? Like if a show on mal has 12 episodes and an ova, but Netflix or whatever you use has it as 13 episodes. Do you ever double check to make sure what you're adding is accurate? Or if it's a series with multiple ova's and specials, do you always check to make sure you're adding the right one? It's always frustrating when i check a show and find out that last episode was an OVA i never added or the ova itself was labeled weirdly and wasn't clear on which it was. |

| Sometimes, especially when I'm watching a series with lots of OVAs, make sure I don't watch the wrong episode number. |

| I usually update as I watch an episode so hopefully I would be able to notice if I'm watching an episode 13 but MAL only has it listed as 12 |

| it's my pet peeve, like how it's listed that bikini warriors has 6 episodes when only 5 are available because the sixth episode is locked behind a 3000 dollar figurine paywall which no one (for good reason) has bought. |
| I don't use streaming sites, so I don't have this problem. |

| I don't bother adding OVAs and specials to my list. I just consider them part of the main series. I probably would have rated Kamichu an 8 rather than a 9 if not for the specials which are the very best part. For the stuff I add to my collection I like to renumber the eps so they can be watched in the correct order. |
