| If we're taking the manga into consideration, then I'd say it's probably either Goku who or Frieza who but if we're talking exclusively about the anime, then I'd say it's probably Broly. I think that if he was to get trained by Beerus or Whis, Goku and Vegeta would have no chance of ever catching up to him. |
