| These 'Firsts' work very well for a new series. But with Kanokari, we are just a little too deep for it to be impactful. It just feels like useless content. And honestly, considering how long they have known each other, they should already know most of the things about each other that they are finding out now. |

| I was happily checking up what moronic self-monologues would happen this time. But today, I was surprised. We actually had chapter which can be literally skipped. No cliffhangers, no new information. Just nothing. As dude above me stared they know each other for so long that those things they should know about each other already. Everything in this arc so far feels either redundant or completely useless as information since it doesn't steer plot forward or in any direction at all. I feel bad for people who will buy this in print. I feel bad for the ink and printer that will be used on this waste. I feel bad for the trees that will end up as the pages.  |

| Well, this chapter was about a cat and nothing else. As not stated above, it's not like they live together before or Kazuya saw her interacting with an animal before, sure, this is basically meaningless to the progression of the plot, but why would you assume they know these things when we haven't seen it either? |

| Well, that was kind of a gay chapter. Was it really necessary to write an entire chapter about a goddamn cat? But judging by the progress of the story so far, I suppose this cat will too come into play, in a future arc. |
