I have some difficulty choosing only five of them, so I'm ranking them with 10. I believe this would be my order: 10. "Original" | Summertime Render: Episode 16 9. "From You, 2,000 Years Ago" | Shingeki no Kyojin: The Final Season Part 2: Episode 05 8. "Oh, I Think I Love Classical Ballet" | Dance Dance Danseur: Episode 11 7. "Handler One" | 86 Part 2: Episode 12 6. "Value" | Made in Abyss: Retsujitsu no Ougonkyou: Episode 11 5. "I Can't Die Now" | Dance Dance Danseur: Episode 05 4. "The Cradle of Desire" | Made in Abyss: Retsujitsu no Ougonkyou: Episode 07 3. "The Form the Wish Takes" | Made in Abyss: Retsujitsu no Ougonkyou: Episode 08 2. "Memories of the Future" | Shingeki no Kyojin: The Final Season Part 2: Episode 04 1. "Shin" | 86 Part 2: Episode 11 Cyberpunk: Edgerunners episode 06, "Girl on Fire", is also worth mentioning here, as well as certain others from Made in Abyss that I thought were amazing. But anyway, those are my ten favorites. |

| I haven't seen too much from this year yet, but while I wasn't that big a fan of the show overall, I think episode 10 of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners was a fantastic finale and stayed true to the shows themes. I also liked the first and last episode of Vampire in the Garden (episodes 1 & 5), nothing spectacular, but a good job of setting the scene and then wrapping things up. |
