The second season will most likely adapt Rudeus's whole "youth period", which was from the age of 13 to around 20.

Btw the first three episodes I’m probably not gonna watch since I pretend volume 7 doesn’t exist, if it disappears it literally changes nothing in the story and the conclusion of volume 7 is really fucked up with everyone doing a LOT of gaslighting. If it was just Rudeus doing it, it would be fine since the dude is a literal incel and at that point in the story he had a lot of resentment towards women, but when EVERY character gaslight a certain character and Rudeus came out in the complete right I was a little disappointed. The last arc of the season is gonna be a fucking BANGER though. So the last few episodes are gonna be great and filled with action. Can’t wait for season 2!

i believe it's stated that he will be considered an "adult" this season (by isekai rules ofc) i think that means 14/15 if i remember right

as for how old he would be at the end, i have no idea. next arc is kinda SOLish so i don't know how much they are going to adapt

So the trailer showed scenes from Vol 12, so he's going to be 18ish (maybe 19) by the end of the season if I remember correctly. Big spoiler for volume 10 through 12

He already was 14 at the end of season 1 so idk why are people saying 13 and 14.
Minimum 15, and as others say it will be his teenage years so, up to 18/19 im guessing.

Because it originally was not part of the story and was later added in the Light Novel, to help bridge the gap between major Arcs. Some dislike the addition and treat volume 7 as though it doesn't exist, other enjoy the action and extra characterization it brings. So we'll see the reception of that part in the story next year.

Season 2 seems to cover events from LN 7 to end of 12 (might change in the real show, as there's huge ton of important content to cover. 23-24 eps might not be enough), so Rudeus is between 13 (just after he got dumped by Eris) and 16 (LN 12).

He will be 13 to 16.

The start of next season will start not long after the last episode of season 1.

Assuming it's the same amount of episodes, Cour 2 he will be 16 for the entirety of it.

This will be the last season of big age growth, after this it's incremental.
