| It's Spy so in other words it's official. Ch 123 is getting skipped. The title of episode 6 is "Thaw" https://twitter.com/_Dominating/status/1487173356130639879 Personally, I'm not a fan of this change as ch 123 is one of my favorite chapters in the series and I feel it flows better into the reveal of the dinosaur. They'll probably put it right before the last episode or worse, in the next cour/movie. |

Episode 5 will have the last parts of 121. all of 122 and last parts of 123 including PATHS radio. Episode 6 will have 124. The flashback in Marley is not confirmed yet in any episode but will probably happen later. However, I'm not sure what they're going to do about monologue at the end of 123 without showing the Marley flashback. Which worries me because her monologue and the flashback in Marley adds so much more weight to the reveal below and everything that follows. |

My friend kept bugging me to rate this a 10 to get the score to a 9. |

Some stuff was cut. Though last 2 episodas were from return to shiganshina arc and they were adapted into 2 episodas, so 1:1 ratio, ya know later on shiganshina arc's left 17 chaptahs were adapted into 10 episodes of AOTS3P2 at average the pace of 1.7 whereas 1 chaptah of Ymir backstory was adapted in season 2 episode 10, I think. So about 13 episodahs in total for shiganshina arc(1 in seazon 2, 2 in S3P1 and 10 in S3P2) which is 20 chaptahs long and contains a lottah of action. In simple words, Shiganshina arc had a pacing of 1.54 whereas a politikal arc of chapters 51-70 was adapted into 10 episodes. 2 chaptahs per episoda. The fastest adaptation for an AOT arc. I liked it. 2nd fastest adaptation is Morle arc in S4P1. Eight episodes covered 15 chopters i.e. 1.875:1 pace.Taltibalti said: Wait, I'm a little confused. Lets please not forget that S3 P1 was specifically because Isayama requested help from WIT Studio to rewrite the story for that arc. He was extremely unhappy with the manga version himself. Heard that any changes made by Isayama in the anime is the "rectified" version of the Manga. So you can say the Anime is the "Definite canon" and it's up to the viewer to prefer which version he/she likes most. |
