I really gonna be honest with this review , the show was totally awesome , am really into painting and art , so it had been a awesome experience witnessing a protangonist who is apparently a painter and the hardship he faces . TBH this show would have been brought more into the light , if a better studio has animated it . The animation was "ok" not that crazy . What are your thoughts on this ?

I’ve watched an episode of it and think it’s worthy of watching. It reminds me of Nodame Cantible in that the protagonist is undergoing a change in how they view art. The protagonist in Nodame goes through a similar change. I like this Anime because it encourages you to look at your own preconceived notions on art. The characters are likeable and anime art it self is fair. I don’t watch anime if I feel the art isn’t pretty. Go on give it a chance! Especially if you are watching Squid Game and you need a unicorn chaser.

Are you asking if it's worth or not or are you stating your points?

Reading, yeah, definitely worth the time.
The anime is not as good as the manga even it's mostly completely from the manga. The anime just doesn't hit the way the manga did for me

I really like the manga however, I don't think I would recommend it unless I knew that someone would like it, so in you're case I'd definitely recommend the manga if you like how the show is going. It only gets better.

I haven’t read the manga, but I trust it’s better. Because this show isn’t that great. And I love these sort of shows/genres, so it’s not like “it’s too slow” or something. But I was expecting a great anime because of how highly the manga is praised. But honestly, it’s just not great.
The right mindset when watching an anime is hoping that it will break your top 10

I picked up the manga after episode 4. It’s much better than the anime but anime is still fun to watch. Both are worth putting time into

Definitely watch it. I'm really enjoying it and I feel that it does a great job as capturing how it feels to be an art student. It makes me feel so nostalgic as I experienced many of the things in high school that the characters in Blue Period are now experiencing. But even if you weren't an art student or don't like art in general, it's still a really cool slice of life. So far, my favorite anime of the season 😊

I think you should read the manga a bit to see if you like it because from the animation I saw, I liked the manga a bit better.

I say definitely read the manga first if you’re enjoying the anime. The art (not the artworks lol) is amazing and really conveys the characters’ emotions. The animation in the anime is fine, but it feels more stiff. I feel that it doesn’t really convey emotions like the manga. It’s kinda funny to say that the manga has more fluid movement.

Actually it's worth reading, it's manga is true gem, go for it. In case of anime budget was low and show was rushed kinda but the important scene (excluding that mom's confession) was actually animated good.

The manga has more important detail that they skip in anime

That's exacly what makes the biggest difference and a big one.
And there are some adaptations that add ever more details so it's a dissapointment.
Examples are Jujutsu Kaisen and Demon Slayer

I only read 5 chapters so far, but I can already tell the difference. If you're an aspiring artist and want to learn more and get more in depth into the field or into all of the artistic aspects of the story, the manga is the way to go. The anime is more focused on the drama that is digestible for everyone, but it's good too, although "simplified".
