| So there I was studying neurology at 1am when I had a thought. People who fantasize about fucking their waifu/husbando, what exactly do they imagine? Do they imagine their waifu/husbando looking completely out of place in 3D? Do they imagine themselves in 2D? Do they imagine their waifu/husbando but like a real person in 3D? If so, how is that any different from a real person? So now I'm just genuinely curious about how people fantasize about having sex with their waifu/husbando. |

| Interesting question, I have thought about this before and experimented with different possible way to enjoy myself effectively, So to answer this question, I disconnect myself from reality and immerse in my own fantasy world... I imagine myself 2D in 2D world with 2D waifus... and all others ways felt little weird, Its just my personal experience... Well you can further experiment with your perception... which perspective you imagine yourself ( first person/ third person) and few other stuff... |

My imagination isn't too good to think anything that isn't related to my senses. It's not neccessarily waifus or husbandos, I just tend to daydream some scenarios (like a storytelling) since the times when I was a kid. I usually imagine them in 2D, in art the anime/manga is drawn. Anyone with vivid imagination can think up literally anything if they want. I can imagine scenarios that are about the 2D characters in the 2D world, it gets tricky when I try to insert myself a 3D person into it, or if I try imagine a 3D scenario with 2D characters in it. My brain just cannot comprehend the conversion because I have never "felt" a 2D character, compared to 3D which I have - I know what a person feels like to touch, to smell, etc etc. Which is why I am so interested in knowing how people manage to imagine it all. |

Do you just mean the difference between the "art style" of drawn anime characters and real-life people? I was running it off a couple assumptions. Either you imagine an avatar that represents you in 2D, like Kirito in SAO having a game avatar. Or you have an anime artwork of yourself. Because the problem for me is I cannot imagine 2D and 3D in the same scene, my brain doesn't compute it. Reply #25 on this thread sums up how I feel about it basically. |

I can create scenarios in my head that are unique to 2D world, so I can create "fanfics" for characters, but I can't insert any 3D people like myself or anyone else in it, because I can't imagine that. Similarly, I can fantasize about real 3D people without any 2D in it. So because I can't mix it, I don't imagine it. Although I really want to, brain doesn't compute, I'm too dull for this shit. It depends Sir... I will use my fantasy world as reference for now... In my fantasy world there are Gods and I am God of death, you have surely guessed I am most bad ass overpowered God... Each God has their own servants and mine are called Death Maiden/ Angels of death... and there are total 7 of them with different personality ( Eg Maid, Knight...) and powers and all of them loves me... ( Why just 7 well its To represent 7 Sins and more means complicate to handle) which are like a place holder I replace them whenever I find new waifu... ( Even though High School DxD is my favorite anime and I like all of the female characters but I don't include them, I will give you reason) I imagine myself in 3rd person's perspective most of the time... I think myself as different avatar as you mentioned with Kirito's example above... Fun thing of doing this is that if I watch a fantasy anime I merge my universe with that anime and continue my story... Most of the time I do with High school DxD that's why I don't use its characters in my 7 maiden list... If you imagine in 1st person's perspective you don't need a avatar since you can't see your face but its little complicate to imagine since 3D and 2D perception of our mind collide so its feels little weird... since my set up is fantasy sometimes its difficult to add a waifu from slice of life genre... to concluded try to imagine as a 2D character in 2D world with 3rd person's perspective... this will be a great time pass if you had exhausting day or can't use your devices then you can immerse in your own world...and moreover you don't even have to create your own world just replace MC with you... or add your character into the story ( I did this with Food Wars, I added my character into the story...) well I will end here, have a great day Sir... |
