I have no problems with the cgi, but I can say that in terms of animation, I don't think Mappa can match the expectations the trailer set. Ik Mappa was put in a tough situation and they really had no choice but to use CGI. Wish Mappa was given more time, wish the fandom wouldn't be so toxic.

Because making 3d models need time and in May 2020 they didn't create the 3d models yet
Trailer is also production committe's failure because they wanted a trailer before than MAPPA created 3d models

Bruh. Yeah I do. Try watching the series again. I've seen it 7 times. There are so many problems with the production of attack on titan, all the way from episode one. Episode 4 of aot season 1 was particularly egregious.

They didn't. No trailer is made straight from the anime. Wit just used their preanimated stuff in their animation. That doesn't make them better.

That would just mean WIT studio didn't lie. The scenes in the trailer made it into the anime. And the art style and look of the anime matches that of the trailer. Not only did Mappa not reuse any of the shots but they completely misslead people into thinking the titans would be 2d.

Saying that MAPPA “lied” is really really stupid because there is something known as terms and conditions that u brainless bunch don’t understand. Whenever a company publishes a trailer it states that the entire content is subject to change, meaning the trailer doesn’t represent the actual published work.

the only thing I liked with Wit was CGI. Colossal Titan was miles above the rod Reiss Titan. They mixed that huge Titan with 2D.

well tbf they did say it was pre animated before hand it wasnt a representation of the final product and from the situation it was evident theyd have to use cgi.
look theres no doubt its a downgrade but it was done in quite a short time period so u cant really blame anyone but yourself for expecting wit levels animation youre obviously allowed to not like the cg i too thought the last ep had a few janky scenes but stop with these threads please there have been threads same as this before and they only made the forums even more toxic.

most of the people clearly dont mind it as much as you but no im not saying you shouldnt mind it either

I have noticed that there has been a mix reaction of this episode and cgi. I thought are we even watching the same thing as for some people The episode was Great who enjoyed it and liked it even better than wit and For some it was truly disgusting . I checked myself and realised that this CGI problem is more noticeable in Bigger screens and Less noticeable in Mobile and tablets . So If you facing problems with CGI please give a try in smaller screens maybe you might Stop hating CGI . We all love Aot and it's sad to see that it being hated. Please take this as my request.
