Naruto and Bleach....

Seems the usual suspects are popping up quite a lot in this topic. I personally don't follow any manga I don't like, however I did watch the first 62-63 episodes of bleach they were pretty good. I wouldn't dare go near bleach now.

I find myself keeping up with what's going on in the Naruto and Bleach worlds because of my little brother. He's young, you just can't crush kids with words like "You have bad taste, GTFO".

Bleach. Mostly, I just wanna see more Kisuke. But I'll only continue when I have more money.

I'm probably gonna struggle through Return to Labyrinth. The art is horrible. The characters.... aren't as nice as they originally were in the movie. But I'm a fan. I HAVE TO, dang it, I. HAVE. TO.

And O-total-MG. Legend of Zelda. X___X The manga is NOTHING compared to the original Ocarina game. It doesn't even deserve the TITLES Zelda. But I love Link, non the less, and I want to... just see.

I put myself through anime more than manga, since I would require extra activity in my brain to read the manga of something popular that I hate.

But really... I would just drop it. I wouldn't suffer that much. Not that much.

Naruto. Kishimoto is really running out of ideas, and is just dragging it on however he feels for as long as possible. Still, I just read it out of habit like everyone else... and Juugo. ♥

Bleach -- I can't even remember what happened before the battles with the Espada because those have been going on for months now. I mean, when was the last time we saw the Vaizard? D8 I keep torturing myself with it only because I hope it'll turn around and do something amazing.

Naruto -- I will admit, it had a nice plot development going on, but the last chapter made me go "WTF *headdesk*" all over again.

Vampire Knight -- It's so predictable, defies logic, and is terribly cliche...but it's addictive. I frequently liken it to sugar - no nutritional value or substance whatsoever but oh-so tasty. At least there are no sparkling vampires in it...yet.

Agreed.

That and for a while Inuyasha. The anime because I wouldn't waste my time on the internet with something not yaoi related. XD

Fruits Basket and Naruto.
Although there are times when I like both, so thats probably why I can't stop reading them. I'll say I hate it and then some one scene comes by...and prevents me from stopping. I want to stop because I dislike the majority of the manga itself.

...Naruto. Just to stay up to date, I guess? I'm so ashamed...

And One Piece is one I don't mind reading but I don't tell anyone that I am. Most of my friends are at least semi-narutards and bash any other shounen stuff. Even Kekkaishi. ;_;

* Fruit Baskets was way over rated. I finished reading it 'cause ppl kept recomending it, was 1/2 done, and I kept thinking maybe it's just me and it'll get better, but for me it never did get better.

* Ichigo 100% I dropped that after a few chapters. I couldn't do the whole ecchi for no real reason. Didn't capture me nor did I find any depth.

Vampire Knight. I actually kind of dropped it, but I might pick it back up for the lolz.

Oh, and then there was Fruits Basket. After so many chapters, I stopped caring and just gave up and spoiled the ending for myself.

Oh wait, I'm still reading Lucky Star. The manga isn't as popular as the anime but still.

Vampire Knight and Naruto. The occasional chapter draws some amount of interest (rarely). I'm not sure I would call it hate, though. If I absolutely hate something, I probably won't finish it.

Bleach - TK is just making them all fight for no reason. Plus it makes no sense. He's also dragging it on so much, you have to go back to like 20 chapters before to remember what happened.

Naruto - I wouldn't say I hate it but, it's dragging out way too long. Just get to the final battles already.

Bleach: I only continued to read it because of Ulquiorra but now he's....
it's a habit now for me also
Ugh! Too much fighting-

Maybe if I didn't watch fillers for the anime I would've tolerated the manga of Bleach a bit longer?

..Maybe...?

For a short time I kept reading the releases of Naruto...> >
Tho' have no idea why, was probably curious how much it would become even worse...( not really a Naruto fan...^^U )

Well, and dunno how popular it is but...
I don't hate Sakurahime Kaden ( by Arina Tanemura ) but only the saying - what you start you should end properly as well - keeps me reading it...^^U The storyline is too shoujo-chaotic, he loves her, he loves her not...etc...> >

Death Note. Hated it but couldn't stop reading cause "now that I began reading, might as well know what's happening in the end". The end was even worse that the rest ad made me sick. Fortunately for me, it's all over now.

Aside from the obvious Bleach and Naruto, there's also Bakuman and Air Gear. I didn't like Death Note towards the end either, but I don't like dropping manga/anime, so I force myself to hold out until the end. Urgh.

I'm going to have to agree with most people on here. Bleach, Naruto, Vampire Knight, and Air Gear. I enjoy reading them then at some point I get really bored and stop reading. Then after a while I really want to read and find out what's going on. lol.

One I really have a hard time with that no one has mentioned yet is Nana. I love it but I can't stand all the unnecessary characters that started showing up and taking up storyline space. I had to fight really hard to get past all that so I can get back to the heart of the story.

I have a few too.

Naruto and Bleach. The stories pretty much don't make any sort of sence now. In Naruto, they just tossed aside any indications of being ninja's and started throwing mountains at eachother. Bleach is just an endless line of powerups and failed philosophy.

Air Gear. It started of on the right track, but eventually lost it on the same scale as Naruto. They started with some long jumps on rollerskates, now they're riding moving jetplanes and riding on nothing but air. I mean.... what the hell happened here?....

Fairy Tail. It's very similar to my favourite shounen, One Piece, but it just lost it's drive. It tries too hard to copy OP some times and it just ends up being silly. The story is also the most generic of any of the series I'm listing here.

Gantz. This serie is hilarious, it always cracks me up. But that is NOT because it's funny, it's because the story is so utter crap I start laughing. On the other had I do enjoy seeing people get killed in the most twisted ways...... I guess Gantz is the one I have the least trouble with not letting go :P

Naruto. I use to love it a lot and now I barely pay attention to it. I havent' read a chapter in months and don't even feel motivated to.

I'll buy the manga to what I read and than I quit. The story lost a good chunk of its making sense capabilities.
