| People don't quite got this i think, but usually, op/ed is there for credits, so you who can read the words and watch illegaly can at least know the peoples who contributes and work hard to entertain us by making the anime. Be grateful guys. And if you notice, the op/ed sometimes better than the anime itself (and usually mediocre anime got a wonderful op). Last, usually the op is there and created to get us hyped for the show, and to get us on the mood for the show. But yeah, if the song is suck and the op lazily made, I'll skip it and somehow still feel guilty about it And yes, I rarely skip the op/ed because I respect the one who made it, And to make it easier to remember the song because I usually make a cover lol |

| For me it just depends on the opening cause some are just garbage, so i just skip them. Some are amazing so i watched them all throughout the season, but in some cases the opening is decent and i watch it for half the series and skip it. |

| Well a general rule for me is that I always listen to the OP and ED on the first episode as a test, if by any chance I enjoyed them I'll listen to them at some point along the anime but not every on every episode since it gets boring, besides the fact that the OP usually has many spoilers and I wouldn't want that. And in case the show was really enjoyable, I'd listen to both on the last episode so I could end it with a sense of satisfaction, for one last time. |
