| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Wait a minute! I know that driving like that needs a great skill and handling and can gain time in certain types of open corners or pass other cars but that ain't really the best way to win races. You destroy your tyres and you lose time in many places. And if his aiming for F1 then that driving won't do at all. Yes going on the brakes as late as possible and getting fast on the gas before the car open it's trajectory is a major racing skill and that style might help learn it but you can't drive and expect to win by taking the corners open. It's far from the ideal race line and there is a reason that it's called the "ideal" race line. That line is essential in F1. |
